Of all the delta force games until now, this is far the best. The new 3d-graphics kicks...., i have a 650 mhz 128ram with voodoo3 monster at home and delta force 2 lags like hell but delta force force runs smooth. The only thing that downgrades this game a little is the weapons, they are made in cartoon-like animations and that sucks.

I can only recommend this game and i am looking really forward to when it comes out

Good game - Company with out support

DF Land Warrior did fix the DF graphics problems, looks good. My concern is the terrible or non-existing support from Novalogic. They will not answer any question and if they finally do, their answer is not going to help you. They like to sell and forget about customer.

I have tried over years to get support from them but this is an eternal problem with out fix. They simply DON'T CARE, not even if you have bought them DF1, DF2, F22, Comanche, Comanche II and ComancheGold.

My recommendation: It's O.K. to buy for a person who doesn't care about support. BUT, if you want to buy a Novalogic product with support, then, !!FORGET ABOUT IT - RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!

Looks better than the first 2, but beware of all the cheats

Delta Force 1 was a great game, but there were so many cheaters that it couldn't be played online unless you didn't mind invisible players who couldn't be killed knifing you.

Delta Force 2 was just as bad for cheating and it runs horibly on any machine due to it's graphics engine.

Delta Force 3 fixes all the graphics engine issues, but Novalogic has not, in the last ten years, addressed the fact that cheaters have ruined the last two games.

Any other game, the developers follow it up and issue patches to stop cheats. Not Novalogic. If you want to know just how bad they treat their customers, just write them an email saying you own one of thier products and that you aren't happy with it for some reason. *IF* they respond, it will be rude.

This is how we like it

DF1 was good, DF2 was crap, DF3 Land Warrior is killer! This game has all the weapons you ever wanted to use and you can even drop them and pick up the weapons from your enemies. The 3D-graphics have improved, but what happened to the characters in 3rd person? They look silly. A serious flaw is the enemy AI. When I set the level to "hard" they kept staring at me like I had no pants on. Even when I stood 2 feet away from them. This allowed me to finish all 22 campaign levels in a day. Bummer. Coolest game on the market along with SWAT 3, but is it really worth the bucks?

This is one Great game!

If you're looking for a fun game, it's here. If you're looking for cool weapons, and awesome scenery, it's here. If you're looking for cool missions, it's in this game. If you're looking for perfection, look elsewhere. This is the first game that I have gotten in the Delta Force series, and I'm having a blast. I only rated this game four stars because they don't have a 4.5 star option. This game has almost every weapon desirable, from long range sniper rifles to silenced automatic machine guns to underwater weapons. It has missions ranging from killing an assassinator meeting up with a drug lord, to boarding an oil rig at night and wiping out the bad guys. (That oil rig mission is simply awesome!) However, nothing can be perfect. The worst problem is the enemy intelligence. Pitiful comes to mind. It is much to easy even on hard. You can walk into a room and (usually) have to aim for a head-shot without the terrorist shooting at you (or even looking at you, in some cases) Also, there are a couple of glitches, but not bad. The first time I played, I climbed down a ladder and was confronted by a terrorist on the other side. Both of us, however, could not shoot through the ladder. Don't be fooled, though. This is one great game! There are five different characters to play with, each with different specialties. I don't know which is my favorite, "Longbow," a sniper, or "Mako," who is a swimmer and likes the OICW weapon.

This game is a must have for anybody who likes shooter games. Its definately alot better than the first and second Delta Force. I have been a fan of this game ever since the first DF came out. The Land Warrior has alot more guns to choose from and also better terrain. Thank god for the new 3-D engine. It also has blood splatter from the guy you shoot on walls and stuff. Instead of the trees just exploding when you shoot them you actually put bullet holes threw them. Hopefully no more CONNECTION INTERUPTIONS and everybody has seen that once or twice before. This game is worth every penny you spend on it so I encourage you to go out and buy it. Hope this is somewhat helpful. C-ya on the battle field

I had never played a game in the Delta Force series until I purchased Land Warrior so I guess I have a fairly unbiased opinion. The plot is good, but not as good as Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six. The graphics when I played the tutorial were a bit monotonous and the sound effects were well..secondary to the actual game. With this in mind I started playing the opening mission in the first campaign and was totally immersed by the realistic gameplay and quality of the weaponry etc. Overall though, it's much better than other games of it's kind, and is perfect for a hardcore gamer looking for a good quality FPS.

This is the game of the year!

I've been a fan of the Delta Force Series but a little disappointed with 2. This is what I expected after the first. Much quicker and doesn't require an overpowered machine to run it. If you're a Delta Force fan, you'd be a nimrod to pass this one up.

GREATEST GAME FOR PC!

This game is all about killing people, so if you are faint hearted then dont buy it, but it isn't a particularly gory game either, so don't think your kids will be playing a nasty game. In this game there are lots of things to do, on single player you go around on lots of different mission and work your way through to complete it, there are lots of different guns and other things that you use while playing (eg grenades, main gun[such as grenade launcher, machine gun, sniper rifle etc.] body armour, rocket launcher etc.) You can also play on multiplayer games online, which is what i enjoy most. This is because you get ranked as you go along, there are many different servers to choose from with lots of different scenarios. All servers supply a good amount of maps (levels) to play on. You can choose whether to be a sniper and snipe from the hills, a gunner to mow people down, or a grenadier to have more fun. The different types of scenarios are: team king of the hill, deathmatch and team deathmatch, capture the flag, attack and defend and search and destroy. You get moved up through ranks by playing these scenarios online. PLEASE NOTE: THIS GAME IS ONLY REALLY WORTH BUYING FOR ONLINE PLAY! This is because the single player isn't fantastic but the muliplayer is the best you can get. Requires some getiing used to but i started off from a pvt. online and through practice i worked my way up to a cpt. It is fun even if you are new because there are certain servers which only allow new people to play in so you aren't killed multiple times by better players. A must buy for people 13 or older...

A game with action!

Delta Force Land Warrior is one of the best gaming decisions I have ever made. It is at the top of the stack of my games on my computer desk, and never leaves that position. With the action, fun, and skill to be had and to be gained from this game, I would call it nothing short of magnificent. The single player game is very fun with a lot of action, and the number of missions to be played is nearly innumerable. But the best part of the game is the multiplayer mode. Logging onto Novaworld and playing over the internet entertains me to the fullest. Playing against up to 32 people and hundreds of servers to choose from, is the best aspect of the game. The educational value, you ask? I would say that parents would be happy to know that this teaches their children skill and tactics, not because of killing people, but how to ingeniously plan in a sticky situation. This game is THE choice for me.
