headhunter is a very challenging game and not very fun, it is a waste of money, don't buy it!

Another one being returned to the store!

I bought this game with Turok. Sorry to say, but I wasted my time and money on two very terrible games. The graphics on Headhunter will make you glance at your unit to make sure you are playing it on the PS2 and NOT the PS1. The gameplay is difficult and sometimes fun, but it is just not worth the 45 dollars wasted on it. Rent it first. That is my suggestion. You will be glad that you did. I cannot believe that so far since PS2 has been out, there have been only a few worthy games: MGS2, GTA3, and possibly a FEW sports games. To think that PS3 is due to come out in 2005 when PS2 has YET to make a decent game library to date. Headhunter was just a clone of Winback and MAYBE some aspects of MGS2. This game needs work, the main character needs some more target practice as he is a terrible shot. Like I said... RENT the game, don't buy it. I am returning Headhunter AND Turok:Evolution back to the store I bought them from and HOPEFULLY I will get lucky and find a DECENT PS2 game, but I doubt it.

Not bad

it wasn't bad, up until I played the level with the mechanical spiders. Then it's just impossible. This game goes from somewhat challenging to stupidly impossible in about an hour and a half of play time. Good luck if you buy it, I can't beat it. Rent it first and be prepared to crash allot on the motorcycle.

Good But A Little Disappointing

When I purchased Headhunter I had heard that it was a very good game and that it was in the same comparrison as Metal Gear Solid 2. Well the game definetly isn't that good, and although I will reccomend it, you really should just borrow it from someone instead of buying it. First off, the game is very very hard. This is coming from someone who beat MGS2 in just under 9 hours. The things that Jack Wade needs to do, such as stunning mechanical spiders and then throwing them at a door, took me about and hour to figure out. Various other things are very hard, but most importantly, the game can be very annoying. Going back and forth to get an upgrade on your license is about the dumbest thing ever created in video games. Also, gather skill points by riding your motorcycle through the city is annoying because every time you crash into a car, the points are taken away. If Headhunter would have just concentrated on gameplay, this would be a 5 star masterpiece. Instead, the game just gets by, mostly because it has a very good storyline, almost like a movie, and has a pretty cool ending. And the game helped itself when I decided to play Half-Life right after it...

this game is awesome. you get to ride a motorcycle and help catch a murderer.you get a gun in the begining you get a gun that kills their brain from the shots instead of killing them.you get to explore many dangerous. so i think you should see for yourself and you will see my point. and for all those who gave bad reiviews for this they stink

Grand Theft Auto3 + Metal Gear Solid = Headhunter

I love headhunter i bought it before i even played it. when i loaded it up i noticed that this game has great camera angles and dosent get "clumsy camera" like in spiderman. the graphics are great and it has a mixture of grand theft auto and metal gear solid in the game play. the controlls are like metal gear solid so you judge if you think that is good or not. there is more of a world in headhunter then in grand theft auto and you can go in almost EVERY building. this game is every thing you want in a video game, it has strategy, adventure, horror, suspence, action, arcade, and much more... GET THE GAME!!!!!!!!
