A Truly Wonderful Game

I've played this game since I was very young, and to be able to take up command of my favorite old armies once again has been truly a fantastic experience. I'm currently in the process of buying two other copies of this game for my friends so we can make use of the multi player function; and I cannot wait to be a part of the age old battles of Age of Empires 2 The Conquerors Gold Edition, once again! A MUST BUY!!!

Challenging till Boredom

I used to love Age of Empires but it got prety boring by year two. The map editor is fun to use. But the internet multiplayer requires you to have the same version of Age of Empires, and the same system (Mac/Window) as the person you are playing with. The bottom line is buy this only if you have some buddies that have this too.

If you have Age of Mythology, then you will not enjoy this as much as you would, but it is still a fun and exciteing game that I would recomend for purchase

this is a very cool game.This game is about fighting other openents with your armies.the grahics on this game are very realistic.The point of this game is to defeat the other oponent by building barracks or other buildings and train new people to become your warriors.You have to constantly get upgrades to advance to new ages or upgrade your warriors.I own this game anI think everyone should get this game who likes war games.So what are you waiting for get up and get it!!!

I still love playing this game, so much I bought a new copy so my whole family can play over my LAN. I like playing conqueror's even more than playing Age III. This game is a classic with lots of great action. It is a strategy game that you just can't quit playing.

I play this on my windows 98 gateway computer. This pc game has two disc. Both with a story line. It even has one character name William Wallice the same character in the movie "BraveHeart". This game is very educational taking you back in the roman age. I love it cause it's adventures I wish it had animated blood shown when a person gets killed. I love building the wonders and the castle that shots arrows and monks that can convert the enemies and heal your allies.

I thought that Age of Empires Gold Edition was an awsome game! I have it and love it. I first started with this series with the first one. I beat the game 9 times and beat everyone on the internet. So then I got the new one and I have only beat it six times so far. Once again i'd like to let you guys know that this game is great!
