Awesome!

This game is cool. There are 12 missions. The sixth level is kind of hard.On the first and fourth missions, you can drive the Aston Martin that is in the movie "Die Another Day".There are other driving missions in the game. You also play as Pierce Brosan(not the other guy in "Agent Under Fire). The second mission takes place in Austria where you have to sneak into a castle and disguise yourself as normal paty guest at a party. At the "Codename"option at the main menu, you can see a preview of "Die Another Day"! I thank your money is worth buying this game but maybe you should rent it first.

This Is Not a Violent Game It Rocks

This game is very easy and fun to play. When I got it My mom almost threw it away but she let me play it once and watched it, She found out it was not violent or graphic at all. It is more action and stratagey then anything else. You cant just run into a room with guns firing in all directions, u usauly have to use strategy to take out a few guys alone to increase your chance. Once Again "this is not a mindless shotting, violeant game at all" (My parents) I gave this game a great rating only because it deserved it, it is a great addition to the sereies of great 007 games.

A very entertaining game, but too short for it's own good.

OVERALL (4/5): Like I said, this game is extremely fun and surprisingly addictive, but you'll find that if you really get into it, you could beat it in a day or two, no problem.

GRAPHICS (4/5): As far as graphics go on this game, they're spectacular. Although they're not as good as, let's say Ratchet and Clank, for a first-person shooter, this game looks great. The best part is James Bond himself. It's uncanny how much it resembles Pierce Brosnan. The movies are also stellar.

GAMEPLAY (5/5): By far, the best part of Nightfire. It much improves on last year's Agent Under Fire. It resembles Nintendo 64's Goldeneye in many ways. In other matters, the controls are MUCH better than Agent Under Fire. EA Games went back to the classic first-person-shooter controls, instead of just one stick to move Bond around.

SOUND (3.5/5): The sound is still high quality, I just gave it a lower grade because it dosen't play the classic Bond tune when you achieve a Bond move like Agent Under Fire did. But, Bond music is still in abundance in Nightfire, and the voice acting is top-notch, even though you can tell that it's not Pierce Brosnan or Judi Dench as M.

VALUE (2.5/5): This is where the game suffers the most. There is a total of 12 missions on Nightfire. It sounds like plenty at first, but when you start playing it, you realize that it's not going to last long. Although you can set the difficulty on Operative, Agent or 00 Agent, the missions still aren't all that hard. Then, you can always go for the gold and platinum medals which might take you a while, but other than that, there's not a ton of replay value. But, the only reason I give the value rating a passing grade is because the multiplayer is TERRIFIC. There are tons of games you can play with up to 4 players and AI bots. That was great.

The best bond game yet!!!

This is a great game. Just as good as goldeneye. The only downturn is that there's not enough missions, but they are huge and can be solved in many ways. There also needs to be more FPS levels.
The controls are good, exept for the manual aim. you shouldnt have to push abutton (hint to EA: make manual aim and turn thingy on tight stick, and strafe and move on left. The controls have changed since AUF, but for the good. I got used to them quick enough.
There is a mix of rail, driving and FPS in the game, so its not all a shoot-em-up. In fact, it's often better to do things the steathy way, but there is some full-force kill em all fighting.. I think the stealth just adds to fun. At first, if felt the controls for driving are really sesitive and jumpy, and they are. YOu are driving a sports car. Once again, I got used to them after a while. There's also a bonus racing mission. IN Enemies Vanqueised, you push start, and hold L1 and push 0 0 [] [] /\ and realease L1.
The multiplayer's exellent. Just as good as goldeneye. There are huge levels and tons of guns. You can also have up to 4 bots to play against. The only downturn is that you cant customize a set, which you could do in AUF. Also, theres no no-gravilt or Q-Jet in mutiplayer.
The graphics are great. It's a lot darker than AUF (both atmosphere and coloring). Bonds head doesnt look like a cube, unlike AUF. The weapon graphics are superd, along with the scenery. The human graphics are very good, but not great.
The enemy AIs bad though. Theyre really stupid. Sometimes even if you shoot at them, they wont do anything, or whe someone opens a loud door, they dont do anything. In 2 player, the bots will run into walls and stuff, and wont turn until you shoot them. So I leid when th ere was only one downturn my bad.
It's very replayable, because there are multible ways to win and lots of stuff to inlock and different day guy locations. Plus, its fun to go in and just shoot everyone, instead of stealth

Graphics 5/5
Sound 4/5
Playiing 4/5
multiplayer 5/5

replayablity 4/5

Night Fire is one of the best games for ps2. It's much better then all the bond games including golden eye. Here is what's so cool about the game

The Graphics are awesome and every environment is nicely rendered, and the cut scenes kick ...

Enemies are much smarter and faster on the draw not to mention they look great!

There are over 20 guns to choose from each with its own strong point. There are pistols, uzies, assault rifles, guided rockets, and high tec laser weaponry!

Over 15 different Q gadgets, like a Q grapple, security decrepter, laser watch and a set of car keys that fire a stun bolt!

Although the game is a little short you'll never get tired of playing because the is so much to unlock in each level, not to mention, it's just fun to play.

Multie player is a blast you can play with up to 4 AI bots and 4 human players. You can customize bots from there health to their accuracy. The multie player levels are huge and you'll never get board of playing!

You want an awesome game by James Bond Nightfire.

An Average Title.

Blah. We hear the word all the time after we get done watching someone play the new Bond game at our local gaming store. All gamers hope for the time when a true Goldeneye will be made. Most Playstation 2 owners played Goldeneye on their old 64 and most of us played it nearly non-stop. It was a great game. However, once EA took over production of the games, they all have been average titles. Granted the game does have a smooth framerate, and gorgeous graphics, but something is just missing. For example the multiplayer aspect of the game is poor just as the previous Agent Underfire. You can see that EA has made an attempt to try to make the game more like Goldeneye by using the famous "Watch Health". Overall I think that only the die hard FPS fans should pick this up, otherwise just go with Time Splitters 2 or Medal of Honor:Frontline.

Best Bond Game Ever

Not only is this the best Bond game ever, I'd make it the second best 1st-person shooter for PS2 (next to Medal of Honor: Frontline). It takes the basic formula of Goldeneye (with much better graphics, of course), and throws in some elements from Tommorow Never Dies and Agent Under Fire. The game actually improves on every aspect of Agent Under Fire. The story is definitely one of the best I've seen in any game, the graphics are outstanding, and the pace is much more true to the Bond franchise. Rather than spending the whole game running around and shooting, Nightfire has plenty of stealth and driving/flying/submarine levels to break up the action, not to say that these aren't action packed as well. If I was to find one fault with the game, it would have to be it's length. Although the levels are very lenghty, much more so than Agent Under Fire, the overall campaign is a bit too short. The game is still longer than AUF, however. If you buy any game this winter, it should be Nightfire. You should also take a look at Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, and Dead to Rights.
