This is one of those rare games that I just couldn't put away. There's so...many...things...to...do. Every moment is worth it because the game is constantly rewarding you. If you're not collecting bolts, you're health and weapons are getting upgraded. If you've got plenty of bolts, you can splurge on a super nice weapon that's a gas to use. I spent 40 hours before I finally beat it. It's just too bad that the timer resets itself... If I spent 80 or 160 hours playing a game, I'd consider it a badge of pride.

This game is awesome

Ratchet and Clank is a great series for all ages and Going Commando is another great classic from the creators. The game plays more like The first Ratchet and Clank except it's a lil better. The new weapons and gadgets give this a whole new meaning to the word "fun"

Graphics in this game are superb and a lil bit of slow downs but no worries this game is still fun and out of control. The graphics are also very neat and clean which makes it better with Not many glitches so that's still good

Sound
The sound and music is great, there are a few songs that I loved in this game such as the one planet you go to right after you get the sheepinator. The sounds of your ammunition punching through that enemy has never sounded so good. In other words...It's great

The gameplay is the best part of the game especially when you're going out of control on your enemies with your rockets and bombs. Sometimes there's a slow down but It doesn't stop the great fun which is what really matters. If you find the gameplay boring then I don't know what is wrong with you. You have to like the gameplay. It just..ROCKS!

Is this a must buy?...YES. You'll have loads of fun with this classic Ps2 Platformer and has great Replay value.

Over all this is one of the best PS2 games out and it is a definit BUY!

I give it 4.5 OUT of 5

This game is one of the best PS2 games ever made! The graphics are off the charts, and the cutscenes are brilliant! The music some times gets a little annoying, but compared to other RPG's and action games, the music is good. The space battles help R and C 2 avoid perfection. If you have a brain, you'll buy this game.

best in the series

This is definitely the best in the series, it's the most fun, the weapons are way better and diverse, and there are races and ship battles. My favorite weapons are the RYNO II, the Vaporizer, the Killinoids, the Tankbot Glove, the Plasma Storm, and the Tesla Barrier. I love running around with my shield, Clank Zapper, and Killinoids turned on. What a great game!

Great game

The best thing i have played in my life (so fare) i rented the game and almost made it to the end and boy it is long. Third best was UPA (up you arsenal). I looking forward to the new ratchet and clank on the ps3. The reason i didn't beat going comando is because of stuff like gliches. All in all it's the best game you will rent or buy.

PERFECT!

This game rocks. All you people who gave this game under 4 stars...BACK OFF. You are probably a NOOB who didn't beat the first Ratchet & Clank (I did). the best part so far (I've only gotten to about 8 planets) is the Thugs 4 Less arena. its an easy way to get bolts and exp. This game got (some) HUGE levels (not a bad thing because of continu points).graphics not changed (not a bad thing either). So many weapons... so little time.
JUST BUY THIS ANK GO KICK SOME @$$

Ratchet and Clank: going commando is probabely the best game i have EVER PLAYED. the graphics are exelent, the plot, the weapons (witch, btw, there are ALOT of (maybe 30 or more :D)). i have only 2 minor complaints. 1st of all, the replay value isent that great. the only thing the game offers the second time is harder enemies, upgrades, and a way to get evan more $/bolts. otherwise, the game plot is the same, no surprises. my other complaint: its not easy, for sure, but the game plays fast (for me, anyway). i beat the game in about 48 hours. if you are the person who likes long-lasting games (example: zelda), i suggest renting the game.

all in all, its fantastic :)
