It's too bad

This game has 5 great titles of classic games! They are Ms. Pac Man, Galaga, Galaxian, Dig Dug and Pole Postion. This sounds pretty decent, but really, no fun is coming out of this. Here's the reviews on the games

Ms. Pac Man: 2.5/5
I love Ms. Pac Man, but it's impossible to play on this. You play tiny, or huge, kinda like that one world in SM64. When you play tiny, it's too dificult to see where the ghosts are and such. The huge screen is useful, untill your scrolling down and run into a ghost you could'nt see.

Galaga: 3/5
It's fine, but it's boring. No value is brought to you when your playing.

Galaxian: 3/5
It's the same with Galaga, no replay value at all. I don't know why that's happening, but something dos'nt feel right playing Galaga or Galaxian on the GBA.

Dig Dug: 4/5
This is very fun on this, one of the only games I play (I'm gonna sell this game soon). But the controls can be funky.

Pole Postion: 0/5
Oh my god, what happend here!?!?!? When the women's suppose to say: "Prepare to be qualified" all I hear is MMMMMMMMMEEEMMMM!!! It like mumbles. When your turning on this, you are complety messed up, dosn't work at all.

Overall: 1/5
If your an absoulte Dig Dug fan, get this, if your not, dont bother thinking about it.

I admit, I am addicted to DigDug.

When the GBA came out, the choices of games made for the system were few. This was one of them. Now relegated to the bargain bin in many a store, I feel a need to stick up for it. This game is one of the great ones you can play and be addicted to for hours. The games of the early 80's were so simple, yet so addicting. Video games now sometimes tend to focus on the graphics much more so then the game itself. This game is the opposite. It's nice to play these games (especially DigDug), and not have to buy a strategy guide to be able to understand it. Highly recommended game for anyone. Great game for young children as there is no reading involved which would lead to the game being fustrating, but excellent for anyone else as well.

I bought this because I love Galaga. But you can't save your high scores. I'm still going to play it, but its just not as much fun when you can't try to beat the high scores.

Good deal!

This cartridge is a great deal, containing multiple games at a lower cost than most other Gameboy Advance cartridges. My husband has enjoyed playing these games which he used to play at the arcades 'way back when', and is happy with the quality. My seven-year old son finds the games fun and a bit challenging without being daunting. The hours of enjoyment they're getting from these games make the cartridge even more worth the price!

this game is so old school and it rocks

if you like old arcade games like i do then you gotta get this game. it will entertain you for hours. it gives you a veriety of games to choose from so you dont get bored easly.ther is only on bad thing about this game on ms pacman. if you choose the full screeen its to little to even see and if you choose the larger screen it srolls when you go up and you cant always know if there will be a ghost when you go up but dont get me wrong this game rocks! you also get to choose how many lives you get for ms pacman. there is also alot of other options to choose from in the other games as well. its old school and it rocks! (so pimp)!!!***

As a 34-y old gamer i have played ms-pacman a lot on the coin-ops, and for this reason alone i bought the game for €40($45). Problem however is: where is the point in playing any one of these games if the hiscore is erased every time you power-off the console?
This is a very serious game spoiler for me because the only fun left is the sensation of actually moving around in a maze and that is boring after an hour or so.
The other games, Galaga and Galaxian, have the problem that the slowly moving stars in the background tend to blend in with the fast moving missiles coming at you, with the result that you lose lifes just because you didn't see 'em coming. I played those gala* games on the MSX when i was 14 and never had that problem, then. Essentially it boils down to this: the gba screen size is too small (in cm) to enjoy the game. Rent it.

I can't put it nicer - It "".

I hate to do this because these games are classics, but this game is definitely NOT worth the money. A friedn of mine bought this exact game for the PS1 and he got sick of it fast (I played it for 30 minutes once and I couldn't stand playing anymore) Don't get me wrong, these games were cool when they first came out, but at this point in time, they have been as overplayed as Britney Spears's "Hit Me Baby One More Time." You can download similar versions of these games online for free! If I were a collector and had to have all things namco, I'd buy this, but since I'm not, I'm not going to. Again, if you really like these classic games and don't get sick of playing them frequently, feel free to buy this game. I turst Namco can bame better new stuff!

What can I say four of your old fav.s you can take anywhere a must have for your Game Boy Advance Collection.

overall good, but screens are too small on 2/5 games

all games are true to the arcade version. sounds, graphics, game play, etc... ms. pac man, dig dug and pole position are the better games (in this version). galaga and galaxian are great, but way too small to truly enjoy. ms. pac man has two versions of the game, one version way too small (like galaga, etc...) and one version which is viewable, but scrolls to acomplish this.

overall, a good buy.

I like the fact that you're getting four games in one.
The games are true to form, just like the originals. I wish the Pacman screen was bigger, though.
