Why have the rules changed?

You know why I bought this game? You got it, I did because I wanted to use cards like injection fairy lily (lod-100), yata-garasu (lod-000), etc., those very cool cards of the real game, in the gameboy advance. Unfortunately, rules are now new and very confusing (I don't understand why Konami did this). In this sense the previous game, the eternal duelist, is by far superior. Another good point of this latter game (world wide edition) is that kids that can not read english (yet) from different countries can use it! It is true that Sacred Cards have better and animated grafics but...

The Sacraed Cards is a great game it has over 900 cards the cards in this game are great every thing in this game is great THE END!

This is the worst game ever. The Game is based on the YU-GI-Oh show. The good thing is you can walk around. The duling is like (DDS) the cards do not do what they really do. It is easy to win but it is hard to get locater cards. NEVER BUY THIS GAME! IT IS A WASTE OF $$.

This game absolutly stinks. If they had just stuck with the real battle system(Battle City Rules)it would have been a great game. This is just a terrible game. And they dont even let you have any good cards. THe RPG aspect has riund the game even more. DONT BUY THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!

I hated this game so much I sold it the 4th day I got it! It was so short but the cards that itcomes with are good. Otherwise it sucked!!!!

This is definately the best GBA YGO game out, if only because you can use Slifer and Obelisk (but not Ra!). The game returns to the duelist level and points version of DDS. Also, you can't use many cards, and things like Monster Reborn only bring back the thing you just killed in your OPPONENT'S graveyard. You cannot use Ra because Marik is the last person you duel. Yugi Oh (Dark Yugi) gives you Slifer the Divine Dragon after you beat him (Right before you beat Marik). At the end, you give the gods BACK to Isis (Ishizu)! Then the game ends. Boom. It's over. Other than that, the game is very good.

this game is really cool because u are ur own character and u battle a lot of people and u win egyptian god cards but this game is way too short . i got this game and i beat it the day after. and after u beat marik u get all the god cards but then u have to give them all back to his sister. its cool because u duel a lot. its not cool because its waaaay to short!!!!!!

I played this game and found that it was SUPERB,the characters are cool and the battle with marik is also a little hard.Fans of yugioh!,im not saying its A MUST HAVE,but still buy this game.

I finished this game in 10 hrs.Its toooooo short.i came to the museum part in no time.it's also a bit educational.

once you get some great card passwords u can finish this game at no time at all!

also,don't buy this game if you dont know:

what yugioh! is,

you don't know how to duel,

and if you've only HEARD of it and not even know a single character.

i gave this gome to a friend of mine and he didnt know a thing a bout yugioh!.The next day he came and gave me the cartridge as if it was poisonous or somethin' AND HE DID'NT LIKE IT AT ALL.and then he started hating yugioh!.until he went to the site and knew how to play;-D

What the? Why did Konami have to used the idiotic gameplay we hated from DDS in their new (and supposedly better) Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Sacred Cards game? And whats the big deal with the god cards, anyway? The only god you can really use is Obelisk, because you get the other two towards the end of the game and then you have to give them back (stupid, stupid, stupid)!!!! This is definatly NOT going to top World Wide: Stairway to the Destined Duel. If you're a true Yu-Gi-Oh! veteran, then just get the game for the promos. That's why I gave it two stars. A true dissapointment.
