Great game, but after about 45 minutes of playing I experienced the worst motion sickness in my life. I've been playing video games for over 15 years and never experienced anything like this. I even turned the game off, starting playing Secret Weapons Over Normandy and the pain went away. I waited about an hour turned Rising Sun back on and again felt like I was about to vomit.

This game is totally awesome. The storyline is a little weird, and hard to follow, but other than that it rocks. This was also my first war game so i wasn't sure what to expect, the first 2 levels got me super addicted. The graphics were so realistic it was scary, there were random explosions, rushing water torpedos and bombs and the bullets left marks in walls (5 out of 5 in graphics) Second of all: Realism. This game is real in the fact that the different guns re-load at different speeds, realistic, but annoying. When you shoot someone, most games just instantly drop dead, this game, the eniemies shoot bullets in their last 2 seconds of life as they fall. (Yes, this game is a tad bit gorey for kids 11 or under)Overall realism 4 out of 5. Gameplay was awesome and the situations were beleavable in the way that occasionally you'd be outnumbered or there will be hidden snipers and things like that. Gameplay: 5 out of 5. This game is also cool because you can play one player and see how fast you can think by yourself. Or team up with another player and take 'em out together. Or if you have 3 or 4 people you can have an all out war between them or have two teams and have a team war. The only other downside of this game is it's only like 9 levels long and took me about 3 days to beat. Overall though, great game.

this game is awesome. calumpit chaos and death in the orient are the best multiplayer levels. multiplayer can be addicting. this is the only game i play. its that good. way better than frontline's multiplayer but frontline has a better story mode. if you have any common sense you'll buy this game. do not play other games because they are not even close to as good as this game. i hate bromely. he's a dum___ if ya know what i mean. i am the master of this game. some levls can be to dark such as idol assualt so to solve that problem change your tv setting to 90 percent brightness and 0 percent color. oh and watch out for hygene and morayi, even though thay are 3 star they can be as tricky as nixon.

Medal of Honor. The series is one of the best and most successful when it comes to dealing with WWII. EA(One of the best companies out there)always goes all out with this series. Not only that, it is realistic and based on fact and makes you feel as if your really there (thanks to the consulting work they do with Captain Dale Dye).

All in all, MOH is still going strong and probaly will be 10, 15 years from now. Keep up the good work EA.

FACT: Steven Spielberg created the series.

It was a geat game the whole way through grapics, AI, guns etc
the only flop was the ending sux you will think so to if you beat it. It left you thinking their should be another level thats why it got 4 stars

Medal of honor rising sun is much less than it is hyped up to be. First off it is very very short and easy to beat. Also no major battles (Pearl Harbor isn't really a battle) with masses of soldiers are in here like Iwo Jima. Also their needs to be more of a squad unit fell to the game not this one man army destroying everything but their are pros. Easy to control weapons and etc... Just general fun. Mainly historically correct. Bonus objectives are good and so is cooperative mode. Level design was easy to follow with the exception of Midnight raid on Gundacal. Overall not as good as Frontline but solid and worth a rent or buy.

The game was an exceptional expierence but it was over before i knew it.

The Medal of Honor has long been known as being one of the great FPS WWII games ever the first one came out( Outbreak- on the pc).

This doesn't stop here and for 19.99 you are getting one great deal even though, its not as great frontline but it still offers many great deals of excitment. the ttitle tells where the game takes place(Japan). Another, interesting aspect of these game (they didn't have this in Frontline and it drove me crazy) is co-op mode which heir apparant to the single player but it's still fun to have fun with a friend than play it alone. Also, what i found very amusing, and has little to do with this review, was riding an elephant as you fire machine gun shells at foes. (How the elephant doesn't die from enemy fire is beyond me.)

My major disapointment is the last level. I thought was turning one of greatest of the year, but the abrupt ending almost brought tears to me. If only EA put ,maybe, 2-3 more levels in this game , then it would be given a 9 or above but for those reason and for elements that we've all seen befor this game gets a..............................8.5

Overall 8.5/10

Graphics 7/10- the graphics are never really all tht for player's faces and the backround but it gets though.

Replay-9/10 For $19.99 it's alomst a must buy. Now, if this game was 20 dollars more i don't if i would be saying that.(OBVIOSLY)

Unlockables-2/10 sadly, there's not really anything to unlock ....well..... new levels

Sound-8.5/10 It was very 50-50, and i thought at times , that i really was fighting in the war, and other times i didn't. Meaning the sound was good at times and it was subpar at times

IF YOU WANT A TRUE WWII SHOOTER SEREIES(EVEN THOUGH IT'S BEEN DONE TO DEATH) CHECK OUT THE BROTHERS IN ARMS SERIES.

So, to start out, I bought this game to add to my gamecube collection about 4 to 5 months ago, and have been enjoying it ever since. On vacation I wake up early to play it, and play it all day. The game is action packed, and alot of fun to play. The campaign was a little too easy, beat it in about 4 days. However, the multiplayer mode never ceases to please me. I have 2 other brothers, so we play on split screen alot. I love all the maps we have to play on, and the AI, when cranked up all the way, is TOUGH. Lots of fun, lots of enjoyment, low price. GET IT AND COMPLETE YOUR MOH COLLECTION!!

If you thought MOH Frontline was fun....

I have to say this is currently EA games best Medal of Honor game yet. Rising sun puts you in the feet of a marnie as you take out all those dang japenese. First of all, the beggining level Day of infamy was really fun. It got you excited to keep playing. The graphics are extreamly good compared to previous MOH games. Next would be the THX sound. It was very stunning and gave the game almost a movie like feeling. It's rather amazing. I have only recently beat the game. I cannot wait for the next MOH where you get to rescue your brother. The only problem I found with this game is the multiplayer mode. But after awhile you get used to it. But the 2 player co-op mode is really fun! All in all, I highly recemmend this game to fans of 1rs person shooters or the MOH series.

Rising Sun Rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I jst got this game a couple days ago but i love it. You have heard how it is short and easy well its not easy. I had to use cheats!. It is very fun though. The levels are great which make up for its shortness. This is the kind of game you play over and over and never get board. If you love the medal of honor games get this one. Its the best one yet!!
