This game is ok.

I used to own this game for my ps2, and it was good when I first got it, but then by the time I got to the tenth level, I realized that every level was almost exactly the same. The primary objective in each level was the only thing different, but the secondary objectives were almost the same in every level. Find all the satcoms, blow up all the radar towers, place a tracking device on all the trucks; all of it got really old and I found myself not wanting to play it. Some people may like repitive arcade shooters like this one, but I'm not crazy about it. My advise to you is just to rent this one before you buy.

Heck yeah get it

This game is extremely fun and I play it every day 24/7. The reason why I like it so much is because of the action packed levels. ... You should definitly get this game.

I've only gotten to the 3rd mission(Venice, Italy) and am pretty impressed. The graphics are sweet, for those of you who care about graphics...Hitting maching gun toting motocyclests, COME ON!!!!!

All around this is a nice game, and i'm sure I will start liking it even more as I proccead in the game.

PS: The storyline is SOOOOOOOOOOO good I can't believe it.

If you liked the original spy hunter, you'll probably not like this one. as in dont go and buy this game just because the first one was fun. IT [IS TERRIBLE]! Plain out. the graphics are very poor and i know the gamecube can handle more than that. and all the levels are the SAME MISSION! it's always do this do that repeat! i wouldn't even recoment renting this game, go get James Bond (much better game!) But do what you want, i cant force you to not make the same mistake i did.

Bad graphics and poor game play

When I went to pick up my copy of Agent Under Fire the salesperson talked me into buying Spy Hunter. When I got home and tried it I was very disappointed. Every level is pretty much the same thing so the game is very repetitve and get boring really quickly. In addition to that problem the graphics are horrible. The backgrounds are and trees are completely two dimensional and the enemy soldiers look like cardboard cut outs. They are two dimensional and don't more at all. All in all this game is horrible don't waste your time or money. The driving levels in Agent under fire are better than this entire game.

Totally sweet. My friend has this on PS2 but this version is better. Looks better and is faster than the PS2. Only gripe is that you don't get the extra movies like the PS2 but who cares cuz the movies are just some poser rock band Saliva posing.
Get it. Dig it. Love it. Spy is back. Much better than Agent Under Whatever unless your idea of a good time is listening to lame Bond talk over and over and over....

Wow!

This game is great! I admit I wasn't so sure about it at first but now I love it. My only complaint is the graphics could use a little bit of work. Overall This game rocks! Buy it now!

A few months back, I purchased what I thought was a good investment at the time, a Gamecube. Merrily, I thought myself both wittier and slyer than any of those puny, uneducated electronic salesmen who pleeded with me to get an xbox, while I skipped joyfully to my local best buy to purchase some games, singing 'theres a bluebird on my sholder' all the way. Still humming while I entered the store, I stood on my tippi-toes searching for the gamecube section amid a pletheria of palm piolits and DVD. Having a pre-established knowledge that the gaming selection would be limited, I gazed like a greedy child in a pastry shop at the games which I would consume over the following days. My breath stopped short when I made this astounding discovery: all the games were for little kids. "No no! This cannot be true!" I shouted to myself when I saw this. Looking again, I saw that, without a doubt, luigi's mansion was the only game available.

A few months later, after the inital shock wore off, I ventured back into the now dreaded Best Buy. This time I decided I would buy atleast 2 games, no matter how horrible they looked, as I had not gotten any use out of my gaming system. To my surprise and delight (not my wallets), that day ended with the purchase of 4 games, amoung that selection spy hunter rested.

Days were spend with SS Tricky and pikmin until I finally picked up SpyHunter. While inserting the game into the system, I rememberd why I bought this game instead of something like bond, when I remembered that ever-faithful electronic salesman saying that spyhunter was for the advanced gamer.

Days followed, and I found that my friend wearing the BestBuy shirt was correct, spyhunter was not an easy game to master, but isn't that exactly what we look for in a game? Nobody would buy Zelda if you could run around like Godzilla smushing every peon in your site, and likewise, a spy game should be a challenge, not 'BAM! Your dead! I WIN!' fest. Buy this game, you shall be treated as nicely as if it were a brownie-fudge cake!

Those 3 words are- sloppy, stupid, and ugly. After playing this game, I am so happy that I bought 007 instead. As you know both are ports of ps2 games, with one major difference- james bond has actually been improved on, and spy hunter has been cut up. It is an extremely sloppy port from the ps2 version. Graphics just plain stink, pretty much no real damage to anything at all, and it gets boring faster than the levels can load. There are driving levels on james bond, and, sad to say, they are better than this whole game! And you get to shoot suff and have multiplayer. But seriously, on the driving 007 levels there is real damage and all the weapons and gadgets of spy hunter, so just get it and have fun running into ped cars.

this game is stupid!

I rented this game an couple of weeks ago, and was EXTREMELY dissapointed. The graphics are sloppy and the car handles like a 30 year old junker form the junkyard. It slides around on turnes, and accelerates very poorly. For some "super souped-up" spy car, it isnt very impressive. The gameplay is poor, and the weapons control is hard to learn between guns and defensive weapons. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!
The movies between levels are very bad and
OVERALL: 3/10
