Fun and Brilliantly Programmed BUY THIS GAME !!!

Wow I just completed this game and I have to say its one of the most fun games I have ever played. My favorite level was called the zombie king boss. You had to toss grenades into his mouth to destroy him! It was a little easy to do but really fun any way. When you finish the game you can go back and play any level and I play that one a lot.
Now that Ive played the game on the normal difficulty level I am now playing it again on hard. Normal was a little easy but hard is defintly harder. Thats one of the best things about this game is that you can play it over and over and each time its different.
I havent hat this much fun playing a game since halo and Metroid Prime. I highly recommend it. Oh yea and the graphics are awesome!

One of the best games I have played in 2003. Halo like controls. Very playable across a wide age group. I recommend without hesitation

To make my review cool, i'm going to rate each part of this game out of ten.

Graphics: 10/10. These graphics are really great. whenever you take damage, you start to look rusty. The holes in the walls when you shoot them stay there, and the enviroments and enemies look real. When you play, you really feel like Glitch, the main character.

Sound: 7/10. This part is probably the weakest of th e whole game. The sounds are great, and the different guns make aproapriate sounds, like when you use a rocket launcher it makes a boom, but when you use a machine gun it makes a sound like a machine gun. The only problem is that the Xbox is awesome because you can download music onto it and listen to it during the game, and I just got this game and a cd for christmas, but i can't play the cd because there are no custom soundtracks. Being a music nerd, this was really annoying.

Control: 8.5/10. Overall, the controls are tight and responsive, but some of the buttons are in the wrong places. Generally, I'm okay with using the right thumbstick to turn, but you have to turn a lot in Metal Arms so it gets a little annoying. Otherwise, the controls are really just the same as Halo.

Replay Value: 9/10. Even though this game is pretty linear, the levels are fun enough to play again and again. Also, there are secret chips hidden in different levels and if you find enough, you can unlock multiplayer levels. The only problem is that this game has a lot of surprises and when you play a level again, you know where all of the bad guys are.

Multiplayer: 9.5/10. This game has about twenty multiplayer levels based on levels in the campaign mode. You have the same weapons, but for some reason the multiplayer in this game is just fun! I only wish it had Xbox live support, because I want to play multiplayer even when I'm not having friends over.

Extra Stuff: 10/10. The coolest part of this game is that you get this silly string gun and you can use it to possess othe bots, make them move around, and kill even more Mil bots with them. Also, there is a ton of vehicles and lots of little hidden stuff to find.

Overall: 9.25/10. Basically, here's a way to find out if this game is right for you. If you liked Halo, buy it. If you sort of liked Halo, rent it. If you didn't like Halo, don't even bother renting it. Since this game is sort of a rip off of Halo and since it came out between Halo 1 and Halo 2, you can just call it Halo 1.5. And What's better than a Halo 1.5? Not Much.

The very varied levels, lots of upgradable weapons and gadgets, and long single player game make this a winner. I don't usually like platform games but this is really an action combat game with only occasional platform stuff. The combat is really really fun and you will need to use all of your weapons according to their strengths to get thru the later levels. This should have been made to work with Xbox Live though.

This is an awesome game!

This game is one of the best games I ever played.The 3D graphics all the missions and weapons are all awesome.I could go on and on talking about this game, its just so good.Well anyways i give it a 5star rating.

I Got this game after playing the demo on an Xbox magazine CD. I liked it so much I got it for myself on Christmas. Every thing about this game is fun including the weapons, vehicles,levels and characters. What saved it from being a mature rated game was the fact it's just robots shooting at robots with some occasional language which is beeped out anyway. Great Game. Hoping for a sequel

I don't know why this game is not better known than it appears to be. I loved it. My wife loved. My nephews loved it.

It was on a par, as one reviewer noted, with Halo, as far as shooters go. And, this one is quite funny! (Imagine: locating bad guys by listening for their farts around a corner.)

Buy a used copy of this game and play it -- I promise you'll love it.

I hope they do a sequel and don't change too much.

okay I first knew about this game in a ps2 magazine, played it and loved it. I first hand reccomend you buy this game although it has a bit of challenge okay not the "through disc out window" challenge but a more unique challeng plus the graphics rock, sound is beautiful and when you get hit you start to rust and spark. the weaapons sound like somebody next to you is firing it also multi player rocks! and I mean rocks.overall this game is awsome and much more . buy this game ,I bought it and loved it exept for occaisional foul languege :p
