THis game is awsome. The whole point of the game makes it fun. You can pick from a huge selection of weapons and other "007" lookalike gadgets. The game isn`t too hard to beat but its fun. I HIGHLY recommend this game

This game is AWESOME. You actually feel like you're on an elite special forces team. The creators did a great job of not only incorporating authentic weapons but also the distinct sounds each weapon makes when fired. One of the few games that is realistic as oppose to going up against alien monsters that have special powers or nine lives. However, the creators could have made it a two player co-op option where you and a partner can be on the same team working together. But that's just one negative as oppose to many positives this game has to offer.

THE worst game I've ever played...

I played the demo for the pcversion. And I loved it. So when I bought Rainbow Six I thought that it might not look as good as the pc version, but it could still play like a dream(like Quake2). Boy...was I wrong. This game is not only the most ugliest game ever to be produced on the psx, it is also without any gameplay. The animations, if you can call them that, are choppy. AND WHY did they turned it into another doom-clone.....I instantly returned the game and bought the fantastic FF8. Without a doubt, Rainbow Six is the worst game I have ever played in my whole life(even worse than 'dragonheart'!)

One Of The Best Games Ever

I think this was a very cool game. Its one of the best games I ever played. Me and my friend had a wicked time playing it. It has pretty good graphics and the sound quality is great too. The action in it is so good that you almost feel like you are really there. If you like action games then I would say that this is the one for you.

Rainbow Six creators have done a spectacular job. I was impressed with the awesome graphics produced. Playing Rainbow Six was like actually controling your elite force to victory, and taking down the terrorist. You have an array of arsenals with different sounds in which i've found to be very impressive. For strategy fanatics, I recommend Rainbow Six. It Rocks! Control your team to victory and take down the bad guys holding hostages. The world is in your hands, and it's up to you to rid terrorists from invading and taking over. Get Rainbow Six, it's awesome. You'll thank me later.

Four words: DON'T BUY THIS GAME! I already own the PC version, but sometimes I wanted less strategy and more shoot'em up type stuff. This gave it to me, but in a nightmarish way! The controls are terrible, animations are choppy, and it doesn't even go on two-player! Forget about this one guys and gals, go buy Medal of Honor instead.

This is a really fun game. You can choose your men, weapons, and body armor. There are a lot of challenging levels. The locations include a theme park, an oil rig, a dam, and around the world locations.

Rainbow Six is simply the best game in the world. It requires patience as much as skill. You can't have an itchy trigger finger. However you can have a lot of fun because in this game you do it all. You plan the mission, review the info, equip the team(s), and pick your opperatives. The weapons sound so relistic (I love to pump the sound to scare my brother away). The effects are real to... if you shoot a guy in the arm he's gonna hurt but he's not going to roal over and say uncle. The flashbang is awsome try throwing one in front of you, let it blow, and watch the effect of what looks like a room painted by a hippi. If you loved the the PC hit or the game Goldeneye for Nintendo 64... U MUST TRY THIS GAME!

The sorry, bad, and ugly

This has to be one of the worst playstation games I've ever played. I mean, I love my playstation and all the games that I own, but this one is going back. I've played the PC version of Rainbow Six before, and was pleased at the graphics, gameplay, and value level of the game. So I figured I would get the Dreamcast version since the manufactures claim it will be a direct port of the PC game. Instead I ended up getting the PSX version since the DC version wasn't availible. Let me sum up what Rainbow six is for the Playstation. Bad Graphics, Bad Gameplay, no multiplayer, no real value. It's boring and just, uh, plain bad. Stay way from it like the plague.
