I'm a huge fan when it comes to video games. I've played almost every Nintendo 64 game there is and this is by far the best one!
I rented this game and played it non-stop. the game seemed to last forever, with many different levels, yet it stayed interesting and didn't become too difficult. I liked that you didn't need to have certain requirements to move to the next level. all you had to do was get to the end of the previous one, which was a challenge, but not incredibly difficult. I think this is a great game that everyone should own!

Rayman 2 is not by any means worth buying (new or used.) Boring is a word that would best describe this game. The one bright spot could be the graphics, but that alone does not make this a fun game. If you are looking for an adventure game as such I would recomend Banjo-Kazooi, Donkey Kong 64, or Zelda 64. These are real games that are about 50 times more enjoyable than Rayman. Take my advice and don't spend your money.

THIS GAME IS EXCELLENT. 5 STARS. IT IS SO FUN. ITS THE BEST GAME I HAVE EVER PLAYED! THE STORY IS GREAT, IT MUST HAVE TAKEN LOTS OF THOUGHT. SOME PARTS ARE HARD. YOU HAVE TO RIDE AND FLY ON A "SHELL" INTO MANY AREAS. IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE, BUT ONCE YOU DO IT A WHILE YOU'LL GET THE HANG OF IT. THE REALLY HARD PART IS THE OBSTACLES. BUT YOU WILL LOVE THE GAME!!! YOU HAVE TO WORK HARD ON SOME PARTS. ONCE YOU REACH THE END AND DEFEAT THE ULTIMATE ENEMY PIRATE, RAZORBEARD, YOU WILL ALMOST CRY. THE END IS PERFECT!!! THE CHARACTERS ARE UNCANNY AND AMAZING. A MIX OF MAGICAL, EXTREMELY CUTE, AND DANGEROUS. YOU WILL GET ATTATCHED TO THE CHARACTERS. I HEARD THERE IS A RAYMAN 3 - HOODLUM HAVOK, AND IS FOR OTHER, NEWER GAME SYSTEMS. THE ONLY BAD THING ABOUT THIS GAME IS THAT IT IS FOR NINTENDO 64 AND THEY ARE NO LONGER MAKING GAMES FOR THE SYSTEM. I WAS KIND OF MAD BECAUSE I GOT THE SYSTEM FOR CHRISTMAS WITH JUST THIS GAME AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY ARE MAKING GAMECUBE AND NOT MAKING N64 GAMES ANYMORE. AGAIN, YOU WILL LOVE THE GAME, GUARANTEED!!!!! RAYMAN IS AWESOME!

This game rocks! This game is great. If you ask me there is nothing wrong with the game. The graphics are good and the game play is awesome. It doesn't take that long to get used to the controlls and the game is perfect period. The story makes sense (for once). If you get this game then don't think that it's going to be bad because this game rocks. If you are gong to pick another game then it better be good because there aren't that many games like this so choose wisely.

i was attracted to the game by accident. i was enjoying my stay in a hotel room at the Marriott and was playing their Playstation video games like Rayman 2 and LOVED the story, the sound, etc. A beautiful female narrator (LY) telling the story about their doomed world, the physical thunder sounds, the vibrant colors, beautiful worlds, NOBODY speaking gibberish. I was hooked!

then, i buy the game on my Nintendo 64 platform (i'm a nintendo 64 devotee), and it's like buying something half-baked!! everybody speaking gibberish, no verbal sounds by any narrator, am not able to save on my expansion pack.

if i had known, i'd have just bought a playstation and bought the game on THAT platform. oh well!! :-(

it's still a great game, but a better platform is Playstation, its original platform

Rayman 2 is a wonderful game. i have so much fun working my way through the obstacles of each level.Although some levels are challenging, I have fun trying and finally finding my way through. THis game is really fun and a good use of money.

Of all the games I've played, this one takes the cake. It's an awesome game with brilliant graphics, perfect music, and awesome gameplay and storyline. It's a challenge, and it keeps you playing til the end!!

This game rules! The graphics are the best I have seen in a Nintendo 64 game. It's got an awesome story line and it is a real challenge. The cool part about the storyline that it's darker than most games out there, especially platform games. But, just like the original Rayman, that's nothing new.

This game is a perfect game for a high intense adventure lover. It brings some great new game play ideas to the 3D platform genre, and is just as good as probrably the best 3D platform game of all time, Super Mario 64.

The music is also dark and moody. Goes along with the game just right.

If Nitnedo 64 advertised this game more,It would be a sure money maker. Buy it,you will love it. You just can't put your controler down!Great buy.

If you miss out on this game, this classic, you will be angry.

Pretty good game

This was a pretty good game. There is a bit of strategy involved so little kids might find it hard. The graphics are funny because Rayman doesn't have any arms, legs or a neck. I also liked in the cut scenes when he spoke his weired language.
