Best in the series.

Simply put, Code Veronica is the best in the series. After RE2 I didn't think the series could get any better but I was wrong. CV had an amazing graphics and a superb camera system. The story was HUGE and awesome so this was the most time consuming RE at the time. I think the remake of RE on the Gamecube is longer (and 10 times scarier than the PSX version). If you have a Gamecube or DC and love adventure/action/horror games than Code Veronica and the rest of the series is definately for you.

[Baio Hazard] series have the most popularity in Japan. Especially Code Veronica is one of the most favorite thing. Because it game is very real gurafic game used the spec of Dream Cast ability very well. Even if it is now time that there are more great spec hard, PS2, XBOX etc, you can play the came with the joy and the satisfication.

Vaio series is ,if I say to that simply, a active horror and action game. The main character of the game collect many weapons and curing items etc , you defeat the monsters that get to be stronger and storonger as story advance. The weapon is real too. For instance, the sound of the bullets, gravity feeling when the character have his gums at the ready...

When you use your bullets, there is fun that you consider the remaining bullets. And the sound is the horror sound. The monster are horror too.

Resident Evil Code:Veronica was the best selling game on the Dreamcast. Luckily for the PS2 owners Capcom has ported a version for their system. But it all started on Sega's system. C:V was the first game in the series to feature highly detailed polygon backgrounds, tapping into the power of the DC. This coupled with some of the deepest most challenging, frightening gameplay in the entire series, and you have a game that is a must-have for both Dreamcast collectors or those who need absolutely every RE game ever made.

For [the money], it's hard to rationalize why this is money well spent for a game that takes 10-15 hours to complete. I'm never ever going to play this again. However, RE:CV is a great game to show off to your friends to convince them of the worthiness of DC, especially to stubborn pro-sony people. I would give this a 3 1/2 star but I have to round down on this.

This is a great game! But this game is definitly rated M for a reason. I don't think anyone under 14 should play this game(I'm not 14)

"Resident evil:code veronica is quite similar it's predecessors; Yet this game is more plot oriented.The only major gripes I have is the gore factor was slightly toned down(I used to get some sick pleasure watching a zombie brains fly out as they did in Nemsis)and the camera angles could have been better. Nevertheless it's a great game and a welcome addition to any dreamcast owners library."

This is probaly the best game to date on Dreamcast. Great graphics, story, and gameplay. This ranks with Soul Calibur and NFL 2K. GO pick up this awesome game today!

Resident Evil at its best!

My best friend and I have been fans of Resident Evil since the first one came out, and the first one is awesome especially since we were 12 and were the only kids that were allowed to play it. When I heard this game was coming out, I immidiatly bought a Dreamcast and a copy of NFL 2k to hold me over until Code: Veronica came out. And since then I have played alot of games for Dreamcast, and this one is the best. I have also played all of the Resident Evil games from beginning to end, and this is by far the best one. The other ones could be completed in a couple of hours, but Code: Veronica takes about 20 hours the first time through. One note though don't get the walkthrough. The guy at the store told me that this game was very difficult, and the walkthrough is highly recommended. Well, I bought it and have regretided every day since because your stuck on a puzzle and its laying there so you read it. It tells exactly when you have to fight so it takes all of the fun out of it. If your new to RE, I'd also suggest you get the first Resident Evil because ...it started it all. Overall a must-buy for anyone but little kids because it is very violent.

There are a lot of great Dreamcast games out there, but "Resident Evil: Code Veronica" has to be the best horror 'roll playing' game in the market. There are people that have actually bought a Dreamcast system just because of this game. I think this has the best graphics, comparing it to the other Resident Evil games from Playstation that came before it. This also has scary music to set the mood. This does have blood, gore, and violence, so I recommend this for mature people, i.e. late teens to adults. This game is in the horror category, so if you don't like the genre, than I would think twice before getting it, if I were you. I also recommend getting a manual or downloading one from the internet, because you probably will get stuck sooner or later without one. So if you own a Dreamcast and you like horror, it is almost a must to own this game. Happy gaming! :-)
