In the past I'v played games such as Trickstyle for dreamcast street Sk8ter for playstation and many others and im being totally honest when i say that none of those games even come close to Tony Hawk Pro Skater. With the games wide variety of characters levels boards and oh so awesome tricks this game is endless hours of fun.

This is an absolutely wonderful game! My kids really love it and I played it (and I don't usually play at all) and I even liked it! It's fun and smooth. The controls are good and the different skate parks are great. This is a must for any Dreamcast user!

Excellent graphics, tight & responsive controls, challenging game play and a remarkably surprising two player offering. I haven't really liked many games for skating (The only one I ever liked was 720 - back in the day) but THPS changed my perception of how fun a skate game can be. I love the soundtrack, the variety of options for equipment, the variety of skaters to choose from (Especially Officer Dick) and the variety of game play options.

My buddy and I have an expression we use for good games, play 'til your eyeballs bleed! THPS has kept me up late and left me wanting more.

First off, this is an awesome game. Killer graphics, a pretty good soundtrack and awesome gameplay. So I do recommend it. But let me gripe about something. Whoever came up with the physics for this game is border line genius/idiot. Sometimes you'll pull of some of the most amazing stunts and magically land on your feet, other times you'll be coming straight down from a pipe jump and fall flat on your face. You'll just magically trip. I don't know if this is just a sort of weird thing going on with the Dreamcast port or what but it's painfully noticeable sometimes. Ok, done griping, get the game :o)

Time to catch some phat air!

I'll just say this--I rented it, and an hour later I had Kozmo delivering my own copy. This game is incredible. If you like hardcore skating, you have to get this game!

Of course, if you can wait, you really should buy it ......................

Amazing! That's the word that best describes Tony Hawk's Pro Skater! When I first heard of this game I thought: How much fun could a game be where all you do is ride around on a stupid skateboard? A lot of fun, was the answer I got when I finaly rented the game to try it out. I never knew you could have so much fun just riding a skateboard in a video game! This game is one of the best out there, the only thing keeping it from getting five stars is that the graphics are not that much better from the Playstation version and do not take advantage of the Dreamcast's power.

The amount of words you can use in this space is too little to even begin to describe how great this game is, The trick system is great, the graphics are Unbelievable, the courses are laid out really well, the characters are awesome. even if you dont skateboard you will love this game, go out and buy it if you dont already have it.

I have to complement the creaters of this game it is excellent. The combinations of tricks you can do, the fully interative environments, and the easy to use control set up. They game is made so well that you can master it quickly but then you find that you can be more than a master. The soundtrack is a decent compliment to the game but I didn't like a few songs. My only problem with it is that theres not enough areas the skate (9 levels) but it leaves you wanting so much more. It's a great game but for some reason I always have second thoughts before I play it.

a great mix of levels and characters. You can pull off some of the coolest stunts in this game and 2 player feature is awesome. You will be addicted to this game once you've started it. I suggest that you order it now.
