This is an incredibly fun game for all ages. There is a lot of practice and luck required for the flying machines but the ground vehicles are great. We play as a family and have a wonderful time. Even though you are shooting, it is not a destructive game. The violence is not obvious and there are games where it is nonexistent. I highly recommend this game for families.

When i first saw Toy Commander, i thought, "This game doesn't look THAT great." But then i read the reviews from video game magazines saying that this game was well worth your money. So i went out and bought the game. This game has got to be one of the TOP 5 dreamcast games. It might be hard at times, but completing the missions is surprisingly rewarding. This is a hands-down, must-buy Dreamcast game.

VERY Challenging, but loads of fun

I was worried about this being a kids game. Man, was I wrong. I can't imagine a kid finishing this game. It's very tough. If you don't like a challenge, don't buy it. If you like unique, challenging, lose track of time fun, then you NEED to buy this game. It's awesome!

This Is A Must Have!!!

I just got this game yesterday and can't stop playing it (I'm eating right now). A lot of people say it is really challenging, but it isn't that hard, only some missions. There is 50 missions in 7 different rooms. I am on my 4th room right now, which is the Parents Bedroom. Im telling you, if you have Dreamcast you have to have this game!!! Buy it!!!

Toy Commander is a very good game. When I do single player and multiplayer, I stock up on the cheats to defeat bosses. Just go to a site with cheats and you'll defeat the game in no time!!!!!!

Suprisingly fun!

Everything about the game makes you feel like your flying in a mig...that can fit in the palm of your hand. The graphics, the control and the sound make it a wish-list-must.

just purchased my dreamcast - and I have Soul Caliber and Toy Commander.. While Soul Caliber is clearly the best 3d fighting game, hands down, Toy Commander is one of the best mission play games I've seen in a long time. Goes a long way to detail the environment, and shows that you don't need big guns and bombs to make a great game - just your average house with a couple of toys! For those new to the dreamcast - this game is highly recommended. I've been impressed by the dreamcast - both games I've purchased have been a hit in my book.

Toy Commander.......... What more do I need to say

All through my childhood, I played with toys and started to imagine what the toys see. Well now I finally got the chance. This is one of the reasons I bought my dreamcast. I think this is the best single player game ever. The multiplayer is fun for a while, but the single player rocks. It is so hard, its fun. It took my quite the time to beat this game, and I'm still working on another part of the game, that's right, another part. If you own a dreamcast, do yourself a favor and buy this if you have the money.

A little trying at first, but very fun in the end

In Toy Commander the missions you must complete are numerous and varied. Your tasks range from winning a race to rescuing soldiers to putting out a forest fire to taking over an enemy base. Unlike some other games of this type, Toy Commander never gets boring because you're not completing the same missions over and over. There's some variety to it. I also like the fact that the game's creators decided to not make the movement of the aircraft realistic. You're flying a toy, so it doesn't have to be and it really makes it more fun. The four player multiplayer feature is also nice.
