Considering how fantastic both Tony Hawk 1 and 2 are on other systems, the Game Boy Advance port will no doubtedly be just as great! And it's portable, which is even better! The graphics in the screenshots are way cool, it's amazing the graphics of a portable game system can be so great! Kudos to Nintendo! :)

Do you remember how good tony was on PSX and dreamcast......now hes on game boy, AND HE IS EVEN LOOKING GOOD! This game is supposed to have about 6 or 7 of the levels from the origonal(sorry I cant spell) tony hawk 2. You still have to do challenges to unlock the levels and all that good stuff. When this game gets a perfect score just remember whos review you read.

this has awesome graphics!!!!! i watched a movie and it was stunning!!!! it has all the previous levels and it has 3d characters! it has all of the characters from the other tony hawk 2 for dreamcast and psx! ooooh!!!!! i cant wait till i comes out. im going to get fire pro with this game too!!!!

Playstation fans get this

If you loved the playstation version of this you must but this. They had to take out create a character and create a stage to fit the game on a gameboy advance cartridge. You get 6 levels from the playstation version plus all main characters. Mainly this is an easy way to carry a playstation but the grafics are a little worse. Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2 is the best launch game it is almost exactly like the console versions, the camera is in an isometric view so they had to change the levels a bit but you still do the same stuff you have to get the high scores, collect skate etc.... There includes six levels from the original plus new parks just for GBA! They had to unfurtunitly taske out create a skater and create a park. So keep this game in mind when buying GBA.

It takes some pretty sweet graphics for me to be "amazed" by a game and this game did just that. I watched the video at ign.com and i couldn't believe it. I could honestly tell you that if someone showed me the video and didn't tell me what console it was for i would guess Dreamcast or PS2. I don't know how they did it but they did. .... ....

In the June 2001 Electronic Gmaing Mounthly it clearly states that the little brother of the PSone Tony Hawk 2 (this game) plays just like it and is internally 3-D. To add to that Tony Hawk himself played the game calling it "flawless. completely identical gameplay to the PSone information." EGM played it a day later and were impressed with the control sceme and were getting 400,000 point combos and over 1,000,000 points after the 2-minute run!

This is an excellent game! I first played it over a friend's house and couldn't believe how much i liked it. Heck, i don't even like skateboarding and i say this is the game to have. It is very versitile. You can create your own skater, skateboard, and even skatepark then go off and test it out. Forget thumbs, I give this game two hands up!
