Could be better...

When I first played this game I was blown away by the ability to slow down time, and the different ways to knock your enemies into submission. Then you beat the game... There is not much else to do. I started playing the game again and became bored. There are very little new things to do and soon the kung-fu moves and the bullet time gets boring. In the end, I am still glad I bought it. It provides something cool to do from time to time. And I hope someday they improve this game drastically.

AWESOME 7/10

When I first got this game I thought it was cool but I didn't quite get the first half of the game (that also could be because I didn't see the movie before getting the game). It seems you went to random locales and just killed people. It's also VERY hard to keep your car on the road, the handling sucks on ice. The graphics remind me of a Nintendo 64 or PlayStation 1 game. The characters faces seemed realistic but the graphics in the cutscenes were horrible! A cool thing is there are cinematics that were extra from the movie. They total about an hour.
The movie's characters are just secondary, the crew of the logos does the same actions as the Nebachanezzar does in the movie in the game. One crutal part of the movie that was changed dramatically was the freeyway chase, all you did was drive and shoot things and cetch up to Morpheus who is fighting on top of a truck. The ending of the game was horrible after seeing the Oracle you're chased by Agent Smith(s) for a whole freakin' level. Then you finally get back to the Logos and then you blast away sentinals. There's a cool preview of The Matrix Revolutions if you beat the game. Bad cutscenes and brightness make up for a cool gaming experience and preview. I must add this game is probably better to rent than to buy.

Well first off, if you are a die-hard matrix fan, this game is for you. Even if you aren't a big matrix fan, you will probably still like this. The graphics are ok. The sound is pretty cool, if a little repetive. The gameplay is probably the part of the game that makes it not so good. It is easy and goes really fast. A lot of people have breezed through it in a day. It is very short and the worst part is, IT DOES'NT HAVE NEO! But overall, this game is pretty good. Hope this review was helpful for you.

love it.

This game is asome. I love it. the idea of mixing fighting with guns is the best in a long time. You can play as Ghost or Niobe. Both of them have (slitly) different missions but they are still really fun. You can kick and punch in many different ways witch makes this game interesting. Then when you want to you can go into focus and everything turns to slow motion. Then you can make cool kicks and you can even run up the wall like in the first Matrix with Neo. This is one of the best games yet and I really liked it. They better come out with a second Matrix game all about the machine war.

Pretty Fun, While It Lasts!

I rented Enter The Matrix after I saw The Matrix Reloaded in theatres, and then a few months later i bought it. It's a really fun game, being able to do "bullet-time" and all, but it's too damn short!! You can do so much in this game, like beat the stuffing out of guys, throw them across the room, shoot them while doing backflips and running on walls, drive cars and blow up cop cars, fight agents (which is awesome!) and even shoot Sentinels in the spaceship underground. But after I finished the sentinel level, the credits started running! I was like "what the-"...and then..it was over! It was fun while it lasted, but...now what?? But even if you finish the game early, it won't sit on your shelf and collect dust, because at the start you get to pick either Niobe or Ghost, and since I finished with Niobe first, I still had to play the game as Ghost, which made my happy. They have some of the same levels, but most of them are different. Hacking mode is also fun too, where you get to chat with people, and unlock weapons, characters and secret training levels, and even a multiplayer mode! But the only downside in this gamw besides its length is NEO IS BARELY IN IT!! It would be awesome to play as him, but he isn't even in the movies between the levels and stuff! It would pay extra money for this game if the put in Neo V.S. 100 Agent Smiths, like in Matrix Reloaded. Anyways, if you like The Matrix, buy this now. If not, stay away. Far away.
