ok i thought this game would be awesome but i rented it from blockbuser and it stunk. 5 minutes into playing it and i went crazy. i spent $6.00 on it for a week and im never playin it again. its got a final fantasy battle layout which is fine...for final fantasy. can you tell me when yugioh had to do with real monsters (besides holograms) and its 3 on 3 battles not the same strategic cards we love. if i could go into negatives for the rating it would get a -5. im really 14. good job Konami

Where are the cards?

Isn't Yu-Gi-Oh! a card game? Well, this is not. It's just some pick, stand, and watch crap! Not once in the game do you see one card. And when you're not in a battle, you can easily get lost. The map is huge, your character is puny. You pick your location and watch your dude WALK there. You know how long that takes? Hours! Especially if the location's far. When you're finally done killing your enemy, you try to find another location, pick it, then start walking. And your starting monsters are stupidly weak compared to your enemies. I had a Celtic Guardian that was level 5, against a kuriboh that was...guess what...level 30! A KURIBOH! LEVEL 30! WTFH? Yu-Gi-Oh! doesn't have levels like Pokemon. Get the games that are actually based on the cards, not this Pokemon wannabe. Rekanize!

Yu-Gi-Oh: Falsebound Kingdom is a really great game. It is a really great game because the monsters look really cool and their attacks are as good as they look.
The sound of the game is pretty good along with the gameplay and life spian.
Overall my total score would be 10 out of 10.

This game is noting at all compared to the Trading Card Game. I myself am not a Yu-Gi-Oh! fan, but I love this game. The only thing that is the same is the monsters. But they are 3-D and are not destroyed by a stronger attack monster.
The monsters in this game have HP, Strength, Defense, and Ability Points.
The main role of the game is you in a virtual reality world fighting to liberate citys.
This game is a great game. You can also use the three Egyptian God Cards. Saint Dragon God Of Osiris, Saint Dragon Sun God, and Saint Dragon God of Obelisk.

Best Yugi Game So Far

I have read many of the reviews on this game and disagree with the majority consensus. My 7 year old son has this game and enjoys it quite a bit. It involves some Strategy and Some Role-Play elements at a basic level. Where at his age, he would do nothing but get frustrated at a game like Final Fantasy X2 or a heavy strategy game. It is great for kids who are fans of the cartoon and just want to play a game where they will not get overwhelmed and can enjoy.

I simply loved it but.....

Okay, I admit that Im a freak when it comes to Seto Kaiba. I adore him... but, when I first heard about this game, I figured it was going to be like the show, where you control your character persay, Kaiba ( I dont know how to discribe it but somewhat like Lara Croft...type....way...((where you can actually see the characters and not just monsters...)) ya know...?) But anyway, since I played it, it gave me a whole new perspective of what my thought was that I created in my mind. But I still love it, but I also think they could of done better, I was a little disapointed when it didnt have any audio to hear them talk and all.....after a while I get tired of reading, if you know what I mean...But, other then that, I have no problem with it, I love it, and it's great, and I reconmend it if you people are as crazy as I am to get any Yu-Gi-Oh vibe in your system. (like me, I got over 200 Yu-Gi-Oh cards..and I just started collecting them in NOVEMBER!!!!!! and I probably got over 20 episodes or more recorded muuuaaaaaaahhhhhh!!!) ((((sorry))))

Only die hard Yu-Gi-Oh fans could possibly find a slim bit of enjoyment in this game.It amazes me it is listed as third over all in Amazon's top seller list cause that tells me many are flocking in like sheep to waste their money on this game. There are at least 500 games i would want to own before i even considered this title.Heck I'd rather dust off the old N64 or even Super Nes and play some of those games before i put any time into this one.The graphics are very last generation (would only call the graphics "ok" even if it was on the playstatin 1) The game is not very fun,not much depth here, not much style. If it wasn't a Yu-Gi-Oh title and had made up characters and the same gameplay, everyone would be trading this one in at a used game store fast.I guess there are a few people out there who think its a cool game cause they say "wow i know that character and that one to from Yu-Gi-Oh" thats about the only thing positive you'll get out of the game, recognizing the characters...end of positive things to say about the game.If my opinion isn't enough, make sure you check out IGN and Gamepro reviews on this game before you go throwing away your money on this game for some kids birthday or Christmas gift. Most kids will be let down and having other titles in mind they wish you had gotten them instead if they open this as a Christmas gift.Prince of Persia,Beyond Good and Evil,Sphynx and the Mummy,Metal Arms:Glitch in the System, and Mario Kart are just a few examples of games that should be under your tree this year for your kids way before you ever consider this poor attempt at a Yu-Gi-Oh game.If you are stubborn and want to take a chance on this game at least rent it first so you don't foolishly throw away your money without seeing for yourself how lacking in fun this title is.
