A highly devleoped mystery game.

The game is somewhat differnet from the origanol novel. You can gather clues to solve the mystery, and try to prevent one death or two or just be the solve suvivour of the game. You can also interact with the guest.

Love Agatha but the Game was Boring

I Like Nancy Drew type games and occasionaly Law and Order, but this was really boring. having read the book I was ready for something spectacular and I was given something so mundane a three-year old could accomplish the tasks by simply clicking around the screen until something works. I hated it....It was nothing to figure out. People just kept dying while you do stupid tasks throught the game.
It was kinda fun at first seeing the characters you read about and the ten little indians in the middle of the dining room tale come to life on the creen before you, but after the thrill is over, the thrill of the game is really over!!!!

Don't waste your time, by a Nancy Drew game. You'll enjoy it so much more than this.

I've played this game a few times, and have enjoyed it. The lengthy conversations get a bit boring, but it keeps you interested and going forward. I like the different endings.

This game is fun, but when you get stuck, you have to completely start over. It would be cool if there was a place to go for hints or tips like a web site or something, so that you could avoid having to re-do everything.

If it worked, it may have been great!

I received the game in the mail and greatly looked forward to playing it. It came with a copy of the classic novel, which was the only thing that functioned properly. I e-mailed the company. They promptly e-mailed me asking me to resend the details of the resultant error messages. I have done so repeatedly with zero further acknowledgement.

Boring

Another tedious excersise in the murder-mystery genre of adventure gaming..What starts of as a classy interpretation of the classic novel quickly devolves into your typical wandering item/conversation "what's next" unengaging gameplay, which given it's one location will no doubt have players running around and eventually becoming bored at looking at the already static backgrounds..Only for hardcore mystery fans, people who liked the sherlock holmes, or hitchcock games..

The person that put 'AGATHA CHRISTIE & TRUE CRIME on Amazon to sell has no idea of what their doing. The main reason i bought these 2 games is because it "said" that it's WINDOWS VISTA COMPATABLE, which it's not! How unbelieveable is that. Not only that it took 7 days to get here when E-bay you get your stuff within 3 days of purchasing the product. Last but not least i gotta return this product because the seller has no f****** clue what their advertising. What a waste of time this was.... E-BAY ALL THE WAY!!!

I guess I should preface this review by saying I prefer to play first-person shooters so my experience my be different from those who enjoy slow-paced puzzle games. I bought it to take a break from one of the more intense games I own. Anyway, the game was extremely boring for me and the pacing did not help. I had no interest in solving the puzzles and most of them did not seem to advance the plot in any way. The graphics were disappointing, at best. I am returning this game first thing in the morning.

I was VERY disappointed with this product. I love Agatha Christie's books, but the ending of this game was certainly not written by her. There is an additional ending once you've completed the game that keeps with the book. The graphics are as advanced as Pac-Mac. If you love Agatha Christie, you'll be very disappointed in this product.
