OMG!

5 Rating: 5, Useful: 3 / 4

Well, well, well. The Adventure Company has done it again! This is one of my fave games! It's really challenging and has a twist at the end! The nursery rhyme is real:

Ten Little Sailor Boys went out to dine,
one chocked himself and then there were nine.

Nine Little Sailor Boys went to bed late,
one overslept himself and then there were eight.

Eight Little Sailor Boys were in Devon,
one wanted to stay there and then there were seven.

Seven Little Sailor Boys were chopping sticks,
one chopped himself in half and then there were six.

Six Little Sailor Boys went to a hive,
one got stung by a bumble bee and then there were five.

Five Little Sailor Boys went in for law,
one got himself in chancery and then there were four.

Four Little Sailor Boys went to the sea,
a red herring swallowed one and then there were three.

Three Little Sailor Boys went to the zoo,
one got hugged by a bear and then there were two.

Two Little Sailor Boys sat in the sun,
one got frizzled up and then there was one.

One Little Sailor Boy was all alone,
the hanged himself and then there were none.

The ending definitely shocked me BIG TIME! This game is a must have for those little detectives sitting at home bored! This will test your brain!

Hope you have fun with the game!! ;)

The game is somewhat differnet from the origanol novel. You can gather clues to solve the mystery, and try to prevent one death or two or just be the solve suvivour of the game. You can also interact with the guest.

GREAT game!!!

I'm an adventure/mystery game player. I love those games where you have some puzzles that aren't too hard to figure out, and character to interact with to figure out what to do next. This is one of those games. The mystery is well done, the characters are well done and the all around storyline and gameplay is well done.

Since it's Agatha Christie, you already know the story has to be good. The game didn't move to choppy (graphic wise) for me, and there was none of that problem where you find yourself die from a wrong move and have to reload to start again.

I recomend this game to anybody who is an adventure player. There is no gore, but some of the scenes are disturbing and it will definatly keep you on your toes!

Great Story Line...

This game has an excellent and interesting story line. The graphics are great, and there is a lot of area to explore. The characters are all interesting with their own personalities. I will say that I found this game pretty difficult. I collected like 40 inventory items quickly, and it became overwhelming to keep track of the items. (especially since most of them have to be combined.) Sometimes I felt myself not knowing what to do next. BUT, I feel that the GREAT story line makes up for all of this!

An Incredible Game That Pays Tribute to the Original

I loved this game. Not only did it expand the book, which is one that I love and have read over and over, but it brought in new characters and expanded on the story that I love. It's interesting to see the characters play the game out and see some of the back story behind it. I think it's a great game. Great graphics, great sound effects and it's not choppy.

Loved it!

Really enjoyed this one. I've been a gamer for some time and this was a blast to play. It's well worth the buy.

Fantastic for the Genre

I thought this adventure game deserved a five star rating, since it did what it was suppose to do. I do not remember reading the novel, many years ago. This could cause a disappointment. If you do not like the genre, then one should avoid the game. Also it was a mystery, which I thought was a good choice.
A common complaint is that some of the actions were obscure, but not really too much in this game, just use your adventure game playing skills, and it should be ok.

And then there could be one or two

I love interactive games. Before I played "And Then There Were None," I had just finished playing "the Black Mirror." I was very disappointed in how that finally turned out. So, I needed something to take my attention away from that.

My comments can be reduced to the following:

1. Overall, I had a lot of fun with this game. It kept me going. There are some scarey scenes, which is fine with me. It was entertaining keeping track of who was gone and who was still with us.

2. I liked the protagonist. Since I knew he was not going to be killed, I opted to try to save his love interest, Vera.

3. Loved the various endings.

4. Liked some of the side trip activities, i.e. making apple cider and apple juice from apples in the orchard.

5. One criticism: I sometimes inadvertently didn't pick something up some inventory. What happened was, I didn't have the means to do some activities. They weren't vital, but when accomplished, something did come of it.

6. I strongly reccomend that you go to a walkthrough site to get maps and diagrams of the mansion the surrounding land. Otherwise you walk around (or you can run) without accomplishing anything because you can't find your site. I made notes to myself on where to find certain bedrooms easily.

If you're looking for a fun way to spend an afternoon or if you have insomnia and want stay up scaring yourself a little bit, I say play this game.
