Best game in the world! You can get married. Have more extensions cook! Everything is super!

A fun exprience for all ages. Includes farming and raising and caring for animals. You play a young man and try to imprese your father. As whatever your person's name is you intreact with over 40 people. And don't forget the fun festivals like sumo chicken, the tomato fight and the horse races. My daughter plays it everyday! :) I liked it because it makes my daughter smile and teaches good skills. There is a game called Harvest Moon for gameboy it is nothing compared to this one you can talk more, have a bigger space, in my opinoin it is great!

Buy this game!

I love this game!My only problem with playing this game is the lack of sleep.I play it for hours on end.Don't let the fact that is about farming put you off,it is really a ton of fun.

Harvest Moon:BTN is the best video game I've ever played! Of course, I'm the kind of person who likes the sort of games where you have to be successful in life. But there's so much more to do in this game besides make money. You can go fishing, go to cool festivals, raise animals, grow lots of crops, date a girl(or more!), marry her and even have a kid! I"ve never seen any other game like it.

This review is MORE (not competely) for people that already own the game and don't like it.

There are alot of reviews of this that say this game is, IS the greatest game ever made. At one time I hated HM:BTN but now I love Harvest Moon. Alot of people don't like it. Truth is you either love the game or you hate the game. There is no other game (not counting all the other Harvest Moon games) like it. If you play games for fast paced action, you most likely you won't like HM:BTN. Even if you like games like The Sims doesn't mean you'll like the game either. Its a "Acquired taste". If you decide you don't like it after playing it for 15 seconds your making a mistake too. I say, if your planing to buy it rent it and play it for 1 or 2 hours and if you dont like it or don't enjoy it, read the directiobns throught a couple of times, if possible. 20% of the time when people don't like it, don't completely understand how to play. After that when your SURE you completely understand how to play. play for 3 or 4 hours and make a judgment. I know it sound alittle extreme to play a game you probably don't like for 4 to 6 hours but thats what it takes to find out if you really like the game. Unlike most other games the first couple of hours of playing is the annoying part of the game. To find out if you like the game it takes persistence but its wouth it.

My friend Megan had Harvest Moon for Super Nintendo. It was about two years after I played it and liked it at her house that I was at the Video Store looking for a game to rent when I saw this game. I reconised the games title. I read what it was about and new I had to get it. You would think a farm game would be boring but it is not. I went home and played the game for four hours. It was so fun. I growed some crops and gave out some flowers to girls. The bad part is that you are a boy. I wasnt even halfway done the game. I played it for as long as I could which was 3 days. Three weeks later my mom bought the game. I was almost finished. I was not doing good on the farm. One of the girls Elli was almost ready to marry me. Then my brother saved over it. I was so mad. I can not wait to get all the other games of Harvest Moon.

I don't have this game yet but I really want it, I already have it on N64 and I am on year 9. I will probobaly get it with my birthday money. My birthday is in August, and I can not wait because there is supposed to be so much more new stuff like chicken sumo, and town tomato toss. Plus the girls are supposed to have completly new personalities. I simply can not wait, so I hope when I buy it it will be worth it.

Ive heard about this game and thought about buying it. I read some of the reviews and thought that it would be great,but I rented it. I thought it was great! It is one of the best games ever made! Im gonna buy it soon. Its hard to not be able to play it. Like i said,one of the best games in the world!

Ok i would just like to say whastup. Now Harvest Moon Back To Nature is very very fun it's a rpg that make you work for a good life and if you do not take care of your animals then they will die u can own sheep,cows,chickes one horse and a dog now the sheep will grow up and give you wool and you may seel it or keep it wich ever you perfer and also the cows will give milk and u can seel it or use to to make food or drink it chcikens give eggs wich also can be sold and used for cooking the dog will defend your anils from stray dogs you get your horse from teh rancher named barley and old feller who has a granddaughter who ask if you would like to keep it and you may if u want but you have to brush it with and talk to it everyday take good care of it and then after 1 year you can ride it One year is 4 Seasons theres 30 days in each Season Spring,Summer,Fall and Winter my favorite Season You are able to marry and raise a son to about the age of 8 or 9 and name him but you cannot raise a girl i know it may suck but i hope natsume will make a game where u can do that but you can marry 5 different girls first off Karen the girl who likes wine and shes hot for a computer generated chick Ann the daughter of the inn owner Mary the Librarian kinda nerdy Elli the nurse shes pretty cool and hot last but not least popuri the daughter of the woman who owns the poultry farm you can plant seeds for crops and they will grow you and ou can seel the mfor sum hard earned cash you can upgrade you home buy new cooking utensil's make cookies cakes that sort of thing attend village festivals like cow or sheep festivals or horse race only if you able to ride him even dog races where if he likes you he will follow you in it and u will win no prob heres a hint buy the pink ball from won and play fetch with your dog with it take him inside the house u can play with him for a long time but time stops when ur in buildings so thats at your favor the game is very fun i highly suggest that you look at screen shots at www.ign.com or search for info or screenshots on www.goole.com and if you still not sure rent it if you cant rent it then buy it. you use natural resorceslike chop wood and you cannot use your axe on big tree stumps until you pay the balck smith to upgrade it there are elves that you can talk to little tiny people who will help you manage and run your farm they live behind the church and for thsoe of you who got the game and started a new campaign tell the mayor yes that u want to take a tour of the town at the end of the 3 year the villagers will decide if you are worthy of staying in there village so if your a lazy bum then will you get kicked out if your a hard working nice dude they will like you so i highly recommend buy rent or borrow peace
