This game is great! I really love this game. This game is fun, dangerous, and extremely magical. I'm very glad it was as fun as the fist. But maybe just a bit funner. Anyways the graphics are great and the only thing I think thats bad about the game is the loading section. It takes about 30 seconds to get to one room to the other. My favorite section of the game is Quidditch and doing tasks for Hermione or Ron! So go to the video game or movie store and buy this tremendously wonderful game. Cuz trust me... this game will be the best you've ever played in your life. Just trust me.

21 Yr Old Kid Who Usually Stinks at Video Games

This game is ridiculously cool. My whole family has bonded over it, which is truely amazing, knowing my family. My Dad is opposed to video games because they're "making American youth lazy," my older brother is a video game hound who at first thought it would be too easy, but then found himself cussing and starting over, and I usually have a hard time with video games because I can't seem to remember all the buttons you have to be able to push at the same time in the correct order. This game is brilliantly entertaining, for pretty much anybody. You definitely don't have to be a big fan of the books. The details that make the game so rich are the reason for the longer loading times, and it's worth it... Every different room means your foot steps sound different! It's honestly just so much fun.

What is wrong with them.......

Let me begin by saying that I am a true fan of the Harry Poter books and movies, so I had to try this game and I did so with great expectations. The game was a true disappointment. THE WORST LOAD TIMES IN ANY GAME I HAVE EVER PLAYED. SERIOUSLY!!!

Story: 3/10
It folows somewhat the story of the book and movie but does a lousy job.

Graphics: 6/10
They are all right, but if you consider current game standards, they are just ok.

Sound: 1/10
This was one of the worst parts of the game. The voices don't come close to being the real ones ane the voice acting is pretty lousy. The score is bad too.

Playability: 8/10
Easy to play and get the hang of it. ok camara movements.

Entertainment: 6/10
It will keep you entertained if you are like me and have to finish all games you start but if you stop playing games when they bore you. or if you get frustrated by loading times then this is not the game for you.

Over all, don't waste your money with this game. There are so many better ones. The load times are so bad and you have to endure them so often that they alone make this game one of the worst I have ever played. ADVICE: RENT IT FIRST.

Simple, but Fun

I'm a pretty big fan of Harry Potter, so I went out and bought the game shortly after it came out. The game is pretty simple and stright-forward. It's over fairly quickly, though. And it does have to constantly load, which does get annoying after awhile. It's similar to the first game, in that you cast spells to defeat enimies, but the spells are much easier to cast this time. Quidditch has improved somewhat, you still fly through the rings, but now you have to boost and it's possible to lose the match. Some other reviewers mentioned chasing Draco and gathering money in Gringotts, howerever, there is nothing like that in the game. There is some wizard dueling, which is pretty fun. It's a good game for problem solvers and those who just want to have some fun exploring Hogwarts and it's grounds.

H.P. is worth a try

I just love Harry Potter, so I was excited to try this game. Well, I feel it has both pluses and minuses. The minuses: It takes forever to load, and does this every few minutes through the game. I also found it really difficult to figure out how to get through some of the challenges at first, and lastly, Harry's movement is not always easy to control (jumping and climbing). (Sorry, I just got done playing "Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy" by Naughty Dog and I am comparing it to that, which may not be fair :) )
The ghosts are also really annoying, as are the prefects you have to sneak past all the time (Hey, Harry owns an Invisibility Cloak, remember?!?! What happened to that?)
On the plus side, it is very pretty and detailed, and the voices are good. The addition of short scenes here and there will help those who are unfamiliar with the storyline (although it got a bit boring since I've read the book four times!). Flying is really fun, as is just exploring Hogwarts on your own, and the spells are neat too.
It would've been a better game if E.A. had taken a leaf out of Naughty Dog's book and made Harry easier to control (I guess that gets tricky with all those spells and items he can carry) and given him his Invisibility Cloak!!! Lousy prefects! All in all, this game is quite worth a try, but you may need to check out one of the online walkthroughs for some hints if you get stuck.

This game is the best game i ever played. I just love the story. There is not a lot of violence to the person who said that. It is a game of magic and that is my favorite topic. I would say that you should get this game. If i could be in charge of rating it I would give it a 1,000,000,000%. So get it right away.

Harry Potter and the chamber of secrets puts you right in the game. The graphics and voices are exactly like in the movie. (Draco Malfoy is still a hottie in the game)
Even moaning Mertle is just like in the movies. At first you learn one spell from Fred and George Weasley, once you arrive at the burrow with Ron. The game is a challenge from the start. Meaning that it will never get boring. The graphics are just so good, that when you play quidditch, you feel like you are Harry on the broom. The night quests from Hermione become quite difficult to complete because of the prefects the are all over Hogwarts at night. If you get caught you lose five house points. (take advantage of this when you turn into goyle to get information from Draco. To make it easier to win the house cup, try to get caught on purpose many times, then you will be in the lead, and then Slytherin will have a harder time keeping up with Gryffindor. Casting spells and learning them, are not easy. Once you get into Hogwarts you must go through a challenge to learn a new spell. None of them are easy to get. And yes, the part with the spiders, and the big spider, Aragog, and those graphics are awsome. Then you have to fight Aragog.

Anyway, this games provides a strong source of entertainment and is definitally the game for HUGE harry potter fans, like me. I myself, am a fan of Emma Watson. And Draco Malfoy.
This game deserves infinate stars!

I loved the game because it is adventurous and I liked finding things. There are difficult parts such as going to Diagon Alley.
I thought getting money from Gringotts too.(leaping over sticks relates to me a lot)Chasing Draco Malfoy was wicked sweet. They should have let me keep the rememberall because I worked for it, but it was his. That sloth brain was hidden in that trapped door, but I got in anyway.(thank god for Ron) :* :! :> (:>)
