the gameplay, sound, and graphics of Tactics Ogre was wonderful. I've played games before, and this is one of the best. I would recommend this game to kids, probably 8 and up. I'm addicted to it!

Finally a game where you just battle. The graphics are great for a gba game. When you buy this game you will want to keep playing it. When I first bought it I wasnt sure about it but as I started playing it I found that it is great. It has action, fun, adventure, length, great graphics, non stop action, great fighting techniqus but in all you must BUY this game. BEST!! #1

Tactics ogre is an awesome game and I would suggest it to anyone who liked FFT. When in battle, the game i admit can get pretty slow because u have to move all of your eight characters and select the weapon they're using or spell.
The main character of this game is 15 year old guy names alphonso and that's u.
you start off with 3 or 4 guys and you can hire other people to be in your little army for [$] or monsters such as griffens and dragons for 3000.
There are a lot of different types of weapons you can supply your team and magical spells.
The game play is hard enough i believe .
WHen your characters fight they gain experience point. when you reach 100exp. you gain a level.
the highest level the characters can get to is level 30.
This game is fabulous and it's definetly worth buying. there's so much more to talk about that i haveb't even mentioned. It may get a bit slow at times but always be patient it's well worth it.

One Of The Best!!!!!!

Traditional Gamer - See "Golden Sun" for more information. The best Game Boy Game that I've Played. The combat system can be somewhat slow, but the game itself is excellent. If Atlus had added a strategic element to the game, thier be no better game. Come on, adding the strategic element would have been easy. Anyways, the game is well worth the money!

This is NOT the SNES Tactics Ogre

Just pointing out the Super Famicom version of Tactics Ogre was tranlated. It appeared on the PSX. This game is a completely different, with at least one recurring character(though you'll probably never guess who)

Best gba game of the year

If you buy only one game this year you need to buy more, no but really if you only buy one make sure it's this game. I have not had this much fun with a gba game to date.

How can I put this.............

this game is well, sort of, BORING. The battle field is just like a checker board and the terrain is just a bunch of blocks where your characters have to jump on them to REACH the enemy then attack. There are so many menus and clicking to do before you get anything done. And then when your dont with all of that you have to choose which way you want your character to face. This is 4 sure a new BORING battle field form.

This is what GBA is made for, strategy/rpgs, am sooo glad this has came out. What I best love bout this is the ability to change classes. Want an army of ninjas? Not a problem, or a conclave of wizards, work at it and you'll get there in time, its great. Now I just can't wait to see how Final Fantasy Tactics look on the GBA. It will most likely look like this. Now only if they can bring out the classic rpg's for GBA...
