This game is fun for awhile. In fact for the first night I had it I couldn't put it down. Then I have beaten the game enough times to unlock every hidden team it became exteremely boring. Once the good graphics and fun super throws wear off then u kinda get bored with it. Once u have mastered the techniques (jumps, dash throws, etc.) the game becomes so boring that I just played Suer Mario and F-Zero (both very good games).

Overglorified Pong.

That's all this game is. Throw the ball, catch the ball, throw the ball again... The only redeeming factor is the super throws, but they aren't worth the price of admission.

Decent game, but gets monotonous real quick

If you want to play against other players, they must also have the game cartridge.

I remember my years playing dodge ball, the excitement of throwing balls at somebody, and the exhileration of dodging return fire. Of course I don't remember super throws and the ball splitting apart, but all that's possible on the GBA. Atlus brings this game out of the blue and it's tremendous fun. You can build your own team and take them through the international tournament. The game play is simple to pick up and it gets you right into the heart of the game quickly. The graphics are great for what would appear to be a simple game. Play control is very good, which should be expected of an intense game like this. The sound and music isn't exactly high caliber, but it doesn't frankly matter for a dodge ball game. The game design here is very unique. I've never seen a dodge ball game worth remembering until this one. Not only is the one player mode enjoyable, but a multi-player feature is added allowing you to compete against a friend in dodge ball. Surprisingly, a lot of strategy can come into play with this game. The game provides an overally enjoyable experience and is more than worth buying.

Very Good Game

This game is pure fun. I have run out the batteries in my game boy advance playing this game. It is so fun hurling a ball at other people and especially with all the super throws. The other team can run toward the middle and jump on to your side, but they have to throw the ball in midair. They land on your side, and if you cought the ball, you can ruthlessly pelt them with it as they try to make it back. This alone is "pain in the sides" fun and funny.

good clean fun......for a while

graphis are great, so is gameplay and music, but there isn't much replay value here. Once you see all the super throws once you have seen them all. A good game for kids since they will be impressed by the same things over and over, but for older gamers this won't hold your attention for more then a few days. A good rental

Great Graphics but great game? Maybe not.

The graphics on this may look stunning and you may be concealed with getting this game because of that, but it isn't really all that fun. I mean, you catch the ball and press A. Is that really all that fun?

This Game has a lot of the same characteristics of the original for the Super NES, which will make older gamers happy. But the game play doesn't change enough for my taste. Even the indroduction of new, more powerful teams didn't peak my excitement. In my view, it's worth renting, but because a good gamer could beat it in a half hour, it's not worth buying.

This is a good game
