This game is great! I would give this game 5 stars, but I don't think any game is worth 5 stars. I couldn't believe they killed off two of the best characters, but over all the game wasn't bad, I want to get the third one. Get this game

This game is the very pinnacle of the Syphon Filter Series. I highly recommend it to ANYONE who likes gun games or a real good story. This time around the script writers made it really difficult to predict the story. Buy this game, you wont regret it!

THIS HAS GOT TO BE ONE OF THE BEST GAMES I HAVE EVERY PLAYED! It's just a little too short I beat it in about 4 days, but it dosen't matter because this game has tons of replay value. The only thing that sets it off some times is it's EXTREME DIFFICULTY and you can get frustrated with it rather easily. I still, however; still recomend you buying this great game. It will most likely find a prized addition to your PSX collection. This kind of game makes a PLAYSTATION OWNER PROUD!

the only bad thing about it is that one mission was really and the game is too short but the cool guns and cross bows you get plus the graphics are the coolest that makes the game worth it!

This game is a lot like the first one. One good think is it has 2player and that is really fun. The missions are pretty tough though but they are a real good chalenge if you like action challenges. It has a real good story line and a lot of the same weapons and some new. its hard to get all the weapons though. i wish this game was on n64 because the controls are easy but its got real weird movement. its hard to make sharp turns. Its cool because you can roll and kneel and dodge bullets. overall.......its a good game. wish it came on n64

Gabe Logan & Lian Xing are back for another fight. This time against their own agency! With Rohmer dead, the Agency now posses the Syphon Filter virus. and they plan to sell it to the highest bidder. Like Rohmer, they are using people to manufacture more of the virus, by infecting them with it. For Logan it's personnal. Not only because the agency betrayed him, but his partner and best friend Lian Xing has been infected as well. Now Logan must get her vaccine and stop the agency, but there's a problem. The police are after him because the Agency has branded him a terrorist. The Agency also wants him dead. This is not going to be easy.

This is a must by game. It is an awsome sequal to the first syphone filter game. If you have an extra 20 bucks on you what are you waiting for. This game has sweet weapons,graphics,and theme. If you like shooting people up games buy it imediatly. It is not to hard but it will last you a while. I think I'm going to go play it now!

If you ask me, syphon filter 2 is the best game I ever played! Because the sequel is way better than the original. And if your thinking about getting it I can slip you a few details! For example in the original, you cannot control Gabe's(one of the playable characters) partner Lian. But in the sequal, you can play both. Plus the grapics are nice an solid which makes the game run smoothly and it looks like a movie. And there are 21 levels and a two player mode. But what got me really got me going was the weapons. I'm really sure it get you going too. And whoever reads this think about writing an editorial your self.

There are 21 missions to complete each with their own tasks and objectives. You cast the role of Gabe Logan and Lian Xing. The sequel follows up exactly where the original left of. So if you did not play the first or a demo, it might be a bit tricky. The grapics are solid and colorful which makes you feel like your the character your playing. Also the gameplay is vary fluid. There is also a 2-player mode. {I have not tried it yet} But thee best thing is the weaponry. You can choose from an arsenal of nightvision rifles,m-16 assult rifles,flame throwers,silenced 9-mm handguns,sniper rifles, m-79 grenade lanchers,tear gas,a crossbow,a combat knife,an air taser{my favorite} and more! At times it gets a bit frustrating but it really never gets boring. Overall, it's a great.So if your looking for a mix of statagy,action and adventure in a game, this is the one your looking for.
