Best Expansion Pack!!

I love this game. The others are ok and fun also but with the vacation expansion pack you can stay on vacation forever. There are bath tubs showers toliets,food and beds. So you never have to go home. You can choose to go winter places or summer. FUN! FUN! FUN!

Okay, for those of you who don't own the sims, or just don't own this vacation expansion pack, or are thinking of getting it, I say one thing: Go get it!

I'll recap the age old story of the sims for all you new sims fans:

An entire world of little virtua people called Sims are yours to control whether you torture them or make them rich. Whatever you do with them, it's entirely up to you! Your sims can go to school, have jobs, pets, love interests, even boredom. In a world you create, these people's well-being is at stake.

For all you sim fans who are thinking about getting vacation expansion:

Go and get it! This is a sims masterpiece, as the sims go on vacation, they'll go to three different scenarios such as forest, snowy, and beach. They can check into a hotel and then head out for some fun. At the beach they'll swim, play at a fair, eat at great tropical buffets, or just lounge around and meet people. At the forest, they'll go fishing, play volleyball, enjoy the great outdoors, or answer the call of nature with lovely outhouses! At the snowy area of vacation, you'll slide down the snow, go snowboarding, fish, sit with your love one by the fire, or just chill in your room.

Anyway, it's your decision: Buy the sims today! o wait to se what else is on the horizon!

I rated this 3 stars because well, it's not just as good as the other Sims expansion packs. At first, I thought this game would be cool, but I hardly even go on vacation! It's really a waste! I recommend other Sims expansion packs. I have this, Unleashed, and Superstar. I'm not sure if you have a lot it slows down the computer. But 3 is fine. (I guess! It works fine on my computer!) That's why I'm not sure to buy anymore Sims. But I do say Sims is a really cool game! Just not this one, it's really boring! Sims2 is out, my cousin bought it and it was really really really really slow! But I say Sims2 looks cool... But hopefully when any of you buy it, it won't be as slow as my cousin's! Cuz it better not be slow if it's 50 bucks! I hope my review helped! :)?

from original sims to livin large to house party to hot date this should be the one for pc games! in hot date you could only take the adult put of the house...but in vacation you can actually send the whole household plus friends to go on a spectacular fun-filled vacation. lots of things can happen your kids can cut your trip short by acting like any bad child would wrecking stuff, you can catch a horrible flu called montzemus or something like that revenge, a pickpocket can steal your money, or you can be heading home early if you did not bring enough money wich most of you probally wont forget, this game should be the most terrific game out of all the expansions...

Now is the chance to give your sims a well earned break, for the first time in sim history, your sims can go on hoiliday! whether it is woodland camping, skiing in the snow or chillin on the beach! Build log huts, totem poles grand hotels, it is up to you! with over 140 new objects you will be blown away with arcade machines, volleyball, buying suvienors whatever!
With things like out-of control children plus new characters like the abionable snbowman ,the shark etc! hotel staff to look after children and waiters, so pack your bags and lets go on Vacation! trust me you will never want to come home!

i thought sims vacation was not as good as hot date cause when vacation's on then u forget about hot date which hot date is better and i think that u should do the sims where they can go to prison or be able to smoke and have beer.

With all the time that is consumed by taking care of personal needs, going to work every day, as well as studying and making friends so that they can get ahead in their careers and buy more stuff, a Sim will find that a Sim day does not contain enough hours for family members to interact with each other.
What good is it to have a beautifully furnished home worth 500,000 simoleons and be friends with all your neighbors if you don't have time for your spouse and your children? Family relationships can deteriorate quickly in a successful Sim household.
Vacation is the answer. In a few Sim days on Vacation Island, even family relationships in the minuses can skyrocket to plus 100.

If your going to buy this game you might wanna read this.
When i got this game it was like i was in heaven a couple days later i stoped playing with it. it got boreing. i was starting to wanna take it back. but i did't! no why cuse you can delet what they have and make your own vaction spot. you can make hotels and more. (rated t for teen i no i'am only 10) i hope this helped you!

I enjoy all the sims games. I have collected all of the original sims games now I'm on my way to collecting the sims 2 games.

Don't get me wrong-- I LOOOVE the Sims-- I have all four. I didn't give this game a rating because I haven't played it yet. However, with Sims Hot Date, there are too many bugs, and even though Maxis did a recent patch for such problems as Sims not being able to get off a couch after cuddling, some purchase items not being transferred, etc., (I tried downloading the most recent patch for HD, and can't due to problems with their winzip)I hope that most bugs are worked out for this program prior to release date. I think that Maxis is coming out with these additions much too fast and are not really testing enough prior to releasing-- hence, the many problems with the Hot Date program. I will just wait about 8 months to a year before purchasing Vacation-- Maybe they'll have all the bugs worked out by then.
