Disappointing...

Even with no hype-fueled expectations, I was still let down by this game. The developers immediately seem to get defensive by actually stating on a load screen that 70,000 man-hours went into the development of this game. It doesn't show. I'm not a big fan of the horror/action genre. Even so, I know a good game when I see one. 'Resident Evil 2' was a good game. If you mixed equal parts of Resident Evil, Gauntlet, and frustratingly bad game play, you'd have 'Hunter: The Reckoning." The angles from which you view the action are awkward. Game play doesn't flow very well. You'll probably spend plenty of time running around trying to figure out where to go next, which wouldn't be bad if the environment was entertaining enough to want to explore. As it is, it resembles a 3-D version of a 2-D cartoon scroller with the same background cell recycled over and over.

Deathly Amazing

Hunter is a game where up to 4 players can work together and beat the game. I love this game...it is very good to play when you are mad...the zombies make a very satisfying target. Some parts may be a little explict but hey whats the fun if theres no blood? hope you buy!

Unsatisfied

I saw Hunter on the shelf and thought it would be an interesting game to play. To my complete dissappointment, I learned otherwise. You simple kill a constant stream on zombies until you reach the "boss". The zombies keep coming. You circle, shoot, circle etc... Then move to the next area and repeat.

Hunter does become more interesting toward the end, but by then it didn't matter to much for me. Hunter is generous on continues, so there is no worries there. I give it 2 stars for being on X-box.

If you like none stop action . This could be the game for you.

Hunter: The BORING~~zzzz....

I watched the long intro. which was interesting, but started playing and it is the same old hack/shoot run-around game. Not much excitement here. After defeating hundreds of zombies and tagging some blue icons, the tasks became repetitive. Rent the game before you purchase to see if this is what you are looking for.

We only gave this one star because that is as low as we could go. If we could go any lower we would give it a -5 stars. Do not waste your money or time on this game. It [stinks].

The best game to come out in years. Kicking ..., in overdrive with a vengence, outstanding!

Non-stop action, super video, and smoooooooth graphics.

It takes a while to get started and for the fun to begin . .

but the wait is worth it. When I first started playing this game, I thought it was going to be boring and repetitive. It's not. The enemies get better/faster, the weapons get better, and the speed picks up. It's also got a nice multi-player feature.

ONLY PLAY WITH FRIENDS WHO ARE GOOD

This is one of the top games for xbox, up there with halo and max payne. If you own an xbox, i highly recommend that you rent this game and try it out. It is extremely dandy. Just make sure that you play with friends that are half way descent, other wise the overload of 30 zombies againts you that are set on a higher diffuclty lever because there is more players, will no doubt eat your brains out. Especially the big 3 armed frick in front of the school. Have fun Hunters.

Well,... in single player this game is tedious
at best a will last 2 days, thats how long it
took me to finish it... and finishing it came
with an complete desire to Never play it ever
again.... alone that is.With more than 1 person
this is great game to laugh about and spend a
couple of hours playing, but it still gets tedious
and seems pointless very shortly, i don't
reccomend this game unless you like mindless
gaming experiences.
